Option in WebWizard New Window for linked models When a hyperlink to another WebModel is used, there is an option, which allows for that WebModel to be opened in a new window. Until now, such hyperlinks were always opened in the same window. Access to Older Versions of Processes The option Back up after successful publication can be activated through Extras Options General Auto-Backup. After each successful publishing of a WebModel, the ViFlow database and the WebModel will be saved in the Auto-Backup Folder. In both, the context menu of a process (in the navigation structure), as well as in the Menu tab under Process, there is a new function called Model Version, which allows to list and show all previous Model versions in the abovementioned Auto-Backup Folder of the chosen process. Here, the selected process version will be shown in its corresponding WebModel. With this function it is very easy to review older published versions of a process at a given point in time. E-mail Function for Review and Approval of Processes In ViFlow 5 a process graphic will pop up, which needs to be confirmed/approved. ViFlow Reporter will be started through the Reports button, which contains a new button/section Approval. Here the current Process Graphics will be displayed and it is possible to email a report which includes the Process graphic. The email addresses of the reviewers and approvers are pre-populated and came from the E-Mail field of the process graphic areas. You also have the option to add additional receivers, as well as to edit the subject line and the body of the email. Clicking the Send button will create an email, which will have the Approval Report attached in the PDF format. New Report with a Process Graphic and Description In ViFlow Reporter 5 there is now a new report, which contains the process graphic and the description of the process sequence. If you don t want to use this report as an Approval Report, you can access and print it by pressing the Show button. Additionally, there is an option to copy and edit the report creating many variants (available in ViFlow Reporter PRO). This function is available in ViFlow 5 PRO, even when you do not have the license for ViFlow Reporter. Please Note: Systems requirements for ViFlow Reporter 5 are in effect. Option in WebWizard to Execute a Batch File In WebWizard there is a new option, in which a link to a batch file can be added. A batch file will be executed after the successful creation of a WebModel. Such batch file can be used, for example, to compress and copy the WebModel to a network drive. Additional scripts such as Jscript, VBScript, PowerShell can also be used. Text Formatting Is Displayed in Comment Annotation Fields HTML code text formatting in comment fields is now available not only in WebModels, but also in Access reports. Quick Search in WebModel The search functionality in WebModel delivers faster results. Optimized Search in WebModel The search functionality in WebModel by default works with the full-text search. Additionally Extended Search Options are available. Display of WebModels on Smartphones and Tablets Whenever a WebModel (or a hypelink to a process) is opened on a system, which does not use MS Internet Explorer, the result is displayed in the text-mode form, which is functional on any current browser. Hence, it is possible to see the process info from a WebModel also on a smartphone. Such representation is considerably more suitable for small display screens than the graphic one.
