The services are designed to support the implementation of the data center management software solution. The customer will have the option of selecting varying quantities of mandatory and optional services to support the data center management software module chosen in the solution. StruxureWare Management Software Suite is broken into 5 groups. Each group contains service activities. The 5 groups are as follows: StruxureWare Management Software Base Mandatory service StruxureWare Expert Software Optional StruxureWare Operation Software Optional StruxureWare Capacity Software Optional StruxureWare Post Review - Optional StruxureWare Management Software Base Service (WNSC010101) The StruxureWare Management Base Base service is a mandatory service on each software management solution. The service provides the foundation for all other service activities contained in the StruxureWare Management Software Suite. The service offers the following: Pre-assessment Customer meeting License Registration Client Installation Final Inspection Professional overview 4

StruxureWare Expert Software Service (WNSC0101) The StruxureWare Expert Software is a mandatory requirement for all StruxureWare Expert Software service activities. The purpose of the item is to allow various quantities of optional StruxureWare Expert software configuration activities to roll up under the StruxureWare Management Software Suite of services. This is only mandatory for StruxureWare Expert service activities. (WOFFHRSWC- CM-12) StruxureWare Operation Software Service (WNSC0102) The StruxureWare Operation Software is a mandatory requirement for all StruxureWare Operation Software service activities. The purpose of the item is to allow various quantities of optional StruxureWare Operation software configuration activities to roll up under the StruxureWare Management Software Suite of services. This is only mandatory for StruxureWare Operation service activities. This is NOT configuration of the Energy Efficiency module. Note: The Service for StruxureWare Expert must be performed BEFORE the StruxureWare Operation Software Service activities can be performed. This service is currently available as a 5x8 service, if the customer would like the service conducted during off hours the customer should purchase the applicable configuration service and the Off Hour Software. (WOFFHRSWC- CM-12) StruxureWare Capacity Service (WNSC0103) The StruxureWare Capacity Software is a mandatory requirement for all StruxureWare Capacity Software service activities. The purpose of the item is to allow various quantities of optional StruxureWare Capacity software configuration activities to roll up under the StruxureWare Management Software Suite of services. This is only mandatory for StruxureWare Capacity service activities. Optional StruxureWare Capacity service activities available include: StruxureWare Capacity Service (WNSC0103) SKU Service task Summary WNSC010301 WNSC010302 StruxureWare Capacity Policy StruxureWare Capacity Advanced Power Establish data center policies defining the maximum amount of power that may be delivered to the rack Establish the connection from each IT device to a rack mount power distribution unit 7

WNSC010206 StruxureWare Operation Power Dependency Establish the power path from the UPS down to the rack mount power distribution unit Note: The Service for StruxureWare Operation must be performed BEFORE the StruxureWare Capacity Software Service activities can be performed. This service is currently available as a 5x8 service, if the customer would like the service conducted during off hours the customer should purchase the applicable configuration service and the Off Hour Software. (WOFFHRSWC- CM-12) StruxureWare Post Review Service (WNSC0104) The StruxureWare Post Review is a mandatory requirement for all StruxureWare Post Review service activities. The purpose of the item is to allow various quantities of optional StruxureWare Post Review activities to roll up under the StruxureWare Management Software Suite of services. This is only mandatory for StruxureWare Post Review service activities. Optional StruxureWare Post Review service activities available include: StruxureWare Expert Post Review StruxureWare Operation Post Review StruxureWare Capacity Post Review StruxureWare Change Post Review Netbotz Post Review Note: The StruxureWare Post Review service is a knowledge hand off that occurs after configuration. The related StruxureWare Management Software Service(s) must be performed BEFORE the StruxureWare Post Review can be performed. Related Services: StruxureWare Follow On Preparation Service (WNSC0105) The StruxureWare Follow On Preparation Service is a requirement for all software configuration services that extend beyond 8 hours. This service covers the follow on preparation the APC Certified Engineer is required to complete before returning to the customer site to conclude the service deliverables. The purpose is to ensure customers are not over charged for unnecessary administration and travel expenses by including them in a standard service that may span multiple days. 8

This mandatory component of the StruxureWare Management Software Suite will automatically be calculated by StruxureWare Designer and will added for each additional 8 hour day of service required to fully implement the purchased solution. The table below displays the breaks for additional increments of Follow On Preparation Service. Hours of Service to Complete Solution Number of Follow On Preparation Services 8 0 9-16 1 17 24 2 25-32 3 StruxureWare Off Hours The Schneider Electric Off Hour Software is an "add on" service designed to extend standard software configuration from the traditional 5X8 work schedule to off hours. This service must be ordered in conjunction with the associated software configuration service. This will ensure the vital resources, expertise, and tools are deployed after hours to effectively and efficiently configure the software solution for optimum performance. Additional Standard Services: StruxureWare Administrator Training The StruxureWare Follow StruxureWare Management Software Administrator Training is designed for IT professionals who are new to StruxureWare Management Software applications and require core skills. The center of attention will be on administration tasks that will be required in the workplace. The training will be structured around lab exercises, task-based activities, knowledge checks, and assisted discussions to ensure maximum skill transfer and retention. There are three intensive, individual, one day, instructor-led, administrator training service options to choose from. The offers are: 1. StruxureWare Expert Administrator Training(WNSCISXCADM) 2. StruxureWare Operations Administrator Training (WNSCISXOADM) 3. StruxureWare Capacity Administrator Training (WNSCCAPADM) NetBotz Services (WCONFIG1NB-NB-10, WCONFIG2NB-NB-10) The NetBotz service is a key part of an overall StruxureWare for Data Center s deployment. This service delivers the vital resources, expertise, and tools to effectively and efficiently configure the NetBotz solution for optimum performance. The system will be tailored to the customer s unique requirements, implementing your choice of notification strategies and incorporating your existing Enterprise Management Solution. 9

Additional Information Regarding Services Statements Of Work (SOW) There is an individual SOW for each service activity located internally on the Document Reference Library, and externally on the Sales Tools Portal. 10
