tell me if you found a place to hide a treasure room intervention at Marks Blond Project, Bern MDF, wood lath, dispersion 624 x 355 x 100 cm 2010 Tell me if you found a place to hide a treasure is a site- specific room intervention responding the existing architecture. At Marks Blond Project, a project space located in the city centre of Bern, I installed in a door wide distance two space-filling walls. This resulted in two separated, inaccessible rooms and a narrow high aisle in the center. By removing the streetfacing front door the installation attempted to blend the boundaries between public and exhibition space. With this corridor, I created a suddenly public but absurd room for two and a half weeks, day and night lighted and accessable. What would happen to it, was an experiment.
