Cooley, MD Dr. Cooley is board certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery and has been providing orthopedic care in Utica for more than 33 years. He also completed a fellowship in sports medicine. Dr. Cooley treats: Patients with all types of orthopedic problems from sports injuries to traumas. The evaluations can also be used prior to and following brain surgery or treatment, and in determining return to school or work status in the context of a neurological condition. Dr. Bauer treats adults 18 years of age or older. Debra Walz, RN, MS, WHNP-BC, AOCNP, STAR/C As a board certified Women s Health nurse practitioner and a board certified Oncology nurse practitioner, Debra s education and clinical experience ensures that your patient s breast care will be of the highest quality, managed expeditiously and with relationships of trust established between patients and providers. She guides patients through a system of care that facilitates education, diagnosis, treatment and support for patients and their families. Debra works with patients who have one or more of the following breast health concerns: Palpable breast lump Abnormal mammogram or ultrasound finding with recommendation for biopsy Previous history of breast cancer High risk for breast cancer.
