Shamrock's numbered return authorization form must accompany all merchandise returned. Defective Merchandise: Should any Shamrock product prove to be defective, a claim for return must be placed within 60 days of shipment. Products shown to be defective and returned within this period will be replaced. Stock Items: No return of stock items will be accepted after six months. A 15% restocking charge is imposed on return of all stock items. Custom Items: Custom orders may not be returned. QUANTITIES Over runs or under runs, not to exceed 10% of quantities ordered, will constitute acceptable delivery. PLATE CHARGES Due to natural deterioration of printing plates, and in order to provide only top-quality products, Shamrock must remake its plates every three years.
