Advanced Refining Concepts, LLC The World s Best Diesel Fuel TM Mr. Christopher Weide Controller Advanced Refining Concepts, LLC September 2011

Company Process Product Company - Advanced Refining Concepts, LLC ( ARC ) Privately held refining & technology company founded in 2008 and based in Sparks, NV 33 employees 2011 Sales $53 MM (YTD) Process - ClearRefining Patented low temperature, low pressure, closed-loop, catalytic refining process Skid mounted refining modules Able to refine or re-refine a wide range of petroleum products with natural gas Zero effluent refining process Product GDiesel ULSD alternative that requires no modifications to engines, vehicles, or fueling infrastructure 20 million gallons sold to date Meets all ASTM D-975 standards for ultra low sulfur diesel (ULSD) Designated a clean alternative fuel by the State of Nevada Dept. of Environmental Protection

Company ARC management has over 30 years experience in clean fuels, 27 US patents in technologies covering pelletized biomass, energy crops, and ultrasonic petroleum upgrading Peru Heights refinery located near Reno, NV has a capacity of 200,000 gallons per day of GDiesel production with 20 modular refining units ARC designes and assembles its refining units, proprietary catalysts, and control hardware, and owns the control software Peru Heights refinery in McCarran, NV ARC owns the licensed rights to three United States process patents, two registered trademarks, and further pending process and product patents Equipment assembly plant in Sparks, NV

Process The ClearRefining process passes ULSD and natural gas through a reactor vessel at low temperature (<295 F) and low pressure (<10 psi) in the presence of a proprietary catalyst ULSD Feed GDiesel Product The ClearRefining process breaks the long hydrocarbon chains in diesel fuel then chemically combines the molecules in the natural gas with the shorter segments Gas chromatograph comparison of ULSD to GDiesel Production cost at current refinery is approximately $0.05/gallon Each individual skid-mounted unit can produce 10,000 gals/day and is designed to operate alone or in series. Units are electrically powered, 100% closed cycle, and have zero emissions Easy transport of skid mounted ClearRefining units

Product GDiesel meets 100% of the ASTM D975 specification for ULSD GDiesel customers have reported significant increases in vehicle mileage efficiency (10-30% +), cleaner fuel filters, better cold weather performance, and nearly smokeless and odorless exhaust GDiesel is price comparable to ULSD GDiesel requires absolutely no infrastructure changes, no modifications to vehicles, no replacement of seals, gaskets, or pumps, and zero dollars of capital investment Current GDiesel retail sales examples GDiesel is certified by the State of Nevada as an NAC 486A.140 Alternative Fuel GDiesel fuel delivery truck
