NFIP LOWEST FLOOR GUIDE QUICK REFERENCE This is an abridged version of the 2013 Flood Insurance Manual Lowest Floor Guide. (LFG) It is designed for Surveyors to use in the field to help determine the proper building type and EC Diagram number to use. This abridged version only has the drawings from the LFG. The information table included below each drawing in Flood Insurance Manual has been removed. This makes it easy to quickly scroll down through the drawings to find an example similar to the structure being analyzed by the user. There are examples of each of the 10 Drawings of Buildings from the Elevation Certificate provided. When appropriate, there is a link from the Lowest Floor Guide to the Drawings of Buildings. Finally, the table of contents is linked to corresponding section of the Lowest Floor Guide examples. You may use the links or just scroll down rapidly to find your section.
