Ellenzweig is serving as Design Architect and Lab Planner in a collaboration with Freeman French Freeman, Architect of Record. University of Mississippi, Oxford, MS New STEM Building Programming, lab planning, and design of a new building to provide contemporary teaching facilities for science, technology, engineering, and mathematics/ computer science. Program includes teaching laboratories, classrooms and learning spaces, collaboration spaces, lounge and breakout spaces, conference and meeting rooms, offices for faculty, students, and administration; 200,000 gsf; $90 million estimated construction cost; 2018. Ellenzweig is serving as Design Architect and Lab Planner in a collaboration with McCarty Architects, Architect of Record. Rowan University, Glassboro, NJ New College of Engineering Building Programming, lab planning, design, and construction administration services for a new 90,500 gsf building for the College of Engineering and programming services for renovation of the 107,000 gsf existing engineering building, Rowan Hall. The new building will house research and teaching facilities for Biomedical, Civil/Environmental, Electrical, and Computer Engineering; Rowan Hall will house Chemical and Mechanical Engineering as well as mechanical shop space. Program components in the new building include research and teaching laboratories and classrooms, lab support, shops, student spaces, team collaboration rooms, and a Student Commons with spaces for interaction and collaboration, as well as food service; a new connector bridge, to be occupied by the Dean s suite and administration offices, will link the new building with Rowan Hall; 90,500 gsf new; $45 million; 2017. Ellenzweig served as Design Architect and Lab Planner in a collaboration with Clarke Caton Hintz, Architect of Record. Ursinus College, Collegeville, PA Science Master Plan and Phased Renovations/Addition Master planning, programming, and design of upgraded and expanded facilities for the sciences, including chemistry, biology, biochemistry, psychology, physics, neuroscience, environmental studies, mathematics and computer science, and core facilities including vivarium and greenhouse. Renovation and expansion

scenarios for Pfahler and Thomas Halls include several advance, phased enabling projects; estimated construction cost $20 million; completion 2017. SUNY College at Oneonta, Oneonta, NY Physical Science Building Renovation and Addition Program verification, lab planning, design, construction administration services for renovations and addition to existing Physical Science Building to provide new laboratories for chemistry, biochemistry, physics, astronomy, and anthropology; teaching and research laboratories, classrooms, offices, and Science Discovery Center for public-school outreach programs; 78,000 gsf; $28 million; construction complete 2016. Framingham State University, Framingham, MA Science Complex Addition and Renovations Programming, lab planning, feasibility study, existing conditions analysis, design, and construction administration services for new addition to Hemenway Hall and upgraded science research and teaching facilities for 11 departments including biology, chemistry, physics, geology; nursing, consumer science; mathematics; computer science. Program spaces include teaching labs, research labs, lab support, classrooms, offices, social and collaboration spaces including a new Student Commons. The project features 49 green filtering fume hoods the largest in the world at time of installation in 2015; designed to achieve LEED Silver certification; 57,000 gsf new, 100,000 gsf renovations; $57 million construction cost; completion 2015. Community College of Baltimore County, Catonsville, MD New Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics (STEM) Building Program verification, lab planning, and design of renovations and an addition to a former library building to provide upgraded science, technology, engineering, and mathematics facilities, including teaching labs, classrooms, lecture halls, support spaces, planetarium, math center, atrium commons, faculty offices, administrative space; 48,000 renovation; 52,000 gsf addition; $34 million construction cost; phased construction; 2015. Ellenzweig served as Design Architect and Lab Planner in a collaboration with GWWO, Architect of Record. Rice University, Houston, TX Teaching Lab Facility Assessment and Renovations Programming and planning study for a cross-section of teaching labs, including Chemistry, Biology, Physics, Computer Science, and all aspects of engineering; the work includes assessment of existing spaces, utilization analysis, development of new lab prototypes, and recommendations for improvement of existing spaces; study completion 2015. Montclair University, Montclair, NJ Renovations to Mallory, Richardson, and Science Halls Programming, lab planning, design of renovations to provide new STEM facilities for the disciplines of biology, chemistry, computer science, mathematics, and physics; program includes teaching labs, research labs, classrooms, faculty and administrative offices, conference and meeting rooms, and lounge areas; 100,000 gsf phased renovations; $30 million; 2015. Ellenzweig served as Design Architect and Lab Planner in a collaboration with Clarke Caton Hintz, Architect of Record. Boston College, Newton, MA Merkert Hall Chemistry Lab Renovation Study Programming and conceptual design study for the reconfiguration and renovation of organic chemistry labs and associated support facilities and infrastructure in Merkert Hall a 110,000 gsf chemistry teaching and research building designed by Ellenzweig that was constructed in 1991; the project will result in a more functional laboratory layout in support of contemporary pedagogy; study completed 2014.

Massachusetts Bay Community College, Framingham, MA Master Plan and Program for New Campus Location Programming and planning of a new campus; program includes space to advance Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (STEM) and health sciences programs; incubator space; faculty offices; general purpose classrooms; specialized instructional spaces; and one-stop student services. Ellenzweig served as Architect of Record and Lab Planner in a collaboration with Sasaki; study 2014. Hach Hall Chemistry Building Programming, lab planning, and design of new chemistry building; program includes research and teaching labs, pre-lab classrooms, lab support, Commons/lobby for Departmental and campus-wide functions, and offices; 140,000 gsf new; $53 million; 2010. Hach Hall Chemistry Building Basement Fit-Out Programming, lab planning, and design of laboratories located in the basement of Hach Hall, constructed in 2010 as shelled space; 10,500 gsf; $3 million; 2015. Lorain County Community College, Elyria, OH Laboratory Sciences Building Programming, lab planning, and design of a new multidisciplinary science building to provide teaching laboratories and classrooms for the Departments of Chemistry, Biology, Physics, and Mathematics; the project includes programming for a new allied health sciences teaching building; 50,000 gsf; $15 million; 2013; LEED Silver certified. Ellenzweig served as Design Architect and Laboratory Planner in a collaboration with Weber Murphy Fox, Architect of Record. Syracuse University, Syracuse, NY Life Sciences Building Programming, feasibility study, lab planning, design, and construction administration services for new teaching (Chemistry and Biology) and research (Biology) facility; includes research and teaching laboratories, support, classrooms, 246-seat lecture hall and 108-seat tiered classroom, vivarium, greenhouse, plant growth chambers, imaging center, and the RESTORE science incubator--core labs serving as an interdisciplinary center for environmental biotechnology, and to promote and develop scientific partnerships with area research institutions; 235,000 gsf; $78 million, 2008; vivarium fit-out completed in 2011. Gilman Hall Chemistry Building Renovation Study Master plan and feasibility study to determine program needs for the Department of Chemistry, including evaluation of existing infrastructure and building conditions of Gilman Hall, and scenarios for renovation and new construction; 120,000 gsf; 2007. Connecticut College, New London, CT Classroom Renovations Comprehensive classroom improvement plan including analysis and inventory of existing classrooms, development of a classroom program, and a classroom implementation plan; selected renovations were designed and constructed; 2005.
