Completed Registration Form should be fully completed, legible with student s own handwriting and submitted with all the information and with a valid signature from the student only. Incomplete application forms or forms without a student signature will be refused. 2. Offer Letters will be issued within 5-7 working days after the completed application form has been submitted. Please note that where possible we will try to complete all the document work within proposed timeframes, however, during ACCA registrations/revisions/examinations we might get a bit delayed in responding. 3. s you must forward your fees to the college within 30 days of issuing the offer letter, failing to do so will result in us de registering your application. The Total Tuition must be paid in full and in advance as required by Irish Immigration Authorities. You will also be required to demonstrate that you have Medical Insurance which you will need to arrange separately. 3.1. Course fees are non-refundable irrespective of the circumstances except for valid and documented visa refusals. Any refunds due will be processed minus a 200 application fee. All courses are non-refundable after course commencement. 3.2. If a student visa application has been refused, then the amounts paid, including deposits and unutilised fees will be refunded less an administration charge of 200 on production of the following documents Original copy of the visa refusal letter; Copy of the Student s passport showing both the photograph and signature Please note that college will confirm the visa refusal with Immigration Authorities before processing any refunds. The process can take up to 20-30 working days. 4. Study Visa Please note that you should pay your fees as indicated above immediately so that we can issue you with an Acceptance Letter to join the College. The Acceptance Letter should be used to support your application for a Study Visa. You cannot apply for a Study Visa without this letter. 5. Living Expenses As well as planning your tuition fees, you will also need to ensure that you have sufficient funds to cover your living expenses (accommodation, food, travel, books, entertainment, etc.). These additional costs are estimated at EUR 7,000 per academic year but may vary depending on your personal lifestyle. Please note that for your initial registration with the immigration authorities in Ireland, you must demonstrate that you have 3,000 in your bank account to support your living expenses. 6. English Language IELTS score where English is not first language (minimum IELTS score requirement is 5.5). 7. Course Commencement Please note that all courses will commence subject to an appropriate number of participants undertaking the course.
