PYRENEES WORKING COMMUNITY (CTP) Association created in 1983 to propose coordinated solutions in the common interest of its members Members: 4 Spanish regions(aragón, Catalonia, Euskadi, Navarra) 3 French regions(aquitaine, Languedoc-Roussillon, Midi-Pyrénées) Andorra CTP Consortium Created in 2005 by all cross border regions around the Pyrenees: Spain: Aragón, Cataluña, Navarra, País Vasco France: Aquitaine, Midi-Pyrénées, Languedoc-Roussillon It is in charge of the new Operational Programme POCTEFA 2007-2013 (Managing Authority and Joint Technical Secretariat) CTP association and CTP Consortium are about to merge, once Andorra join the Consortium.

1. OUR PROJECTS 2011 Year of the Pyrenees: touristic promotion of the Pyrenees in France and in Spain. The objective is also to promote cooperation between all the tourist areas of the border. The Observatory of climatic change; the objectives are: to improve comprehension of the climatic change and its consequences on the Pyrenees. To boost sustainable development To implement common actions to take into account the effects of climate change on the Pyrenees. To make this project a good practice of cooperation in Europe as regards the management of climatic change. Ulysses with 5 other Cross Border Cooperation Region. The main purpose consists of using applied research results from ESPON as a yardstick for decentralised cross-border spatial development planning.

2. Advantage: Projects research and information SIGEFA allows the research of information and projects according to several criteria: Priority, subject, ERDF amount, region/area, country, agenda

2. Advantage: Forum of the program In SIGEFA, a Forum of debate allows the beneficiaries to ask for information.moreover,thejtsandthemacanworkwith the other institutions and authorities thanks to this tool.

2. Certifying Cycle and SIGEFA (1) Agent Tasks What s on SIGEFA? All Partners FLC Lead Partner MA and JTS Introduce in SIGEFA all expenses-activity and financial reports (communications, environmental and equal opportunities) Certify that expenditure claimed complies with relevant rules and regulations Draws up an aggregate project claim Confirms that certification and reports are satisfactory Expenses/Revenues/ National contributions statements Activity/financial reports 1st level reports and statement documents signed by FLC (admin + on the spot) Project activity/financial reports an project claims Conformity and coherence control of expenses Send electronic data claims (available soon)

2. Certifying Cycle and SIGEFA (2) Agent Tasks What s on SIGEFA? MA and JTS CA Lead Partner Confirms that certification and reports are satisfactory Draws up and certifies programme claim based on MA / JTS information After payment from CE makes payment to Lead Partners Conformity and coherence control of expenses Send all claims electronic data available soon JTS introduce all data relating payments Pay ERDF to each partner LP declare distribution payments and partners declare the perception of funds
