There is nothing you need to do at this time. On Monday, March 30, you may notice some differences about your accounts and the way you access them as outlined in this Conversion Guidebook. The Guidebook will provide you with details about the conversion, including important changes to deposit accounts and services that will take place, as well as key dates to remember. 4 CONVERSION DETAILS AND IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT CHANGES TO ACCOUNT TERMS AND SERVICES FOR CUSTOMERS OF 1ST BANK Our system conversion and changes to your account terms and services will take place beginning at 6 p.m. on Friday, March 27, 2015 through Sunday, March 29, 2015. During this time, there is nothing you need to do. On Monday, March 30, 2015, you may notice some differences in the way you access your accounts with us as outlined in this Conversion Guidebook. CHECKING, SAVINGS AND MONEY MARKET ACCOUNTS Your account number(s) will not change* on checking, savings and Money Market deposit account(s) as a result of this conversion. We will honor all outstanding 1st Bank checks, automatic debits, Point of Sale transactions (POS), automatic payments and/or preauthorized transactions provided you have sufficient available funds in your account at the time of presentment. We will also continue to accept credits and deposits by Automated Clearing House (ACH), Direct Deposit including Social Security, in-person, bank by mail, etc., as normal. A Notice of Change (NOC) will be sent electronically by Farmers Bank & Trust to Automated Clearing House (ACH) originators that initiate electronic debits or credits to/from your 1st Bank account. This NOC will advise the ACH originator to update the records with Farmers Bank & Trust s routing and transit. The new routing and transit number on your Farmers Bank & Trust account(s) will be 082901635. This change will be effective at 6 p.m. on Friday, March 27, 2015. Please Note: To ensure there is no disruption to your draft/direct deposit service, you may want to contact your ACH originators to verify your new information is correct. Some originators will discontinue the automated transactions if they do not hear from you regarding the routing and transit number change. If you have any questions related to Direct Deposit or automated payments, please contact your local branch or call us at 870-235-7060 or toll free at 855-855-3268. You may continue to use your 1st Bank checks. When it is time to reorder, you will receive new checks with the Farmers Bank & Trust brand, and new routing and transit number from our check vendor, Deluxe. If you order checks from a source other than Deluxe, you will need to contact your check vendor and provide them with the Farmers Bank & Trust routing and transit number. In addition please use the Farmers Bank & Trust routing and transit number when sending or receiving wire transfers. *In the unlikely event that there is a duplication of account numbers on the Farmers Bank & Trust system, you will be notified of any changes to your account well in advance.

DEPOSIT ACCOUNTS INTEREST ON CHECKING, SAVINGS & MONEY MARKET ACCOUNTS Interest accrued on your account(s) through 6 p.m. on March 27, 2015 will be paid by 1st Bank. Interest accruals will begin with Farmers Bank & Trust after 6 p.m. on March 27, 2015. Interest rates on checking (NOW) and Money Market accounts (MMDA) will be accrued and credited to your account on the last day of each statement cycle. Interest on savings accounts will be paid quarterly. Farmers Bank & Trust pays a variable interest rate on checking (NOW), savings, and Money Market accounts. The Annual Percentage Yield (APY) and interest rate are subject to change at any time. CERTIFICATES OF DEPOSIT Your account number on your Certificate of Deposit will not change as a result of this conversion.* A fixed interest rate will be paid per your stated current 1st Bank CD terms and conditions (including interest rate, maturity date, interest payment method, etc.). You will receive a maturity notice prior to your CD renewing, and you will have up to 10 days after the maturity date to either renew the existing CD at Farmers Bank & Trust s current stated rate or select another option. If you withdraw funds from your CD prior to maturity, you will be charged a penalty fee as follows: For terms of 366 days or less, the fee is 30 days interest For terms of 367 days or more, the fee is 90 days interest For current rates, please contact your local branch, or call us at 870-235-7060 or toll free at 855-855-3268. See the enclosed Truth in Savings Account Disclosure for additional details. INDIVIDUAL RETIREMENT ACCOUNTS (IRAs) Your account number on your IRA will not change as a result of this conversion.* Your IRA account will continue to function and be accessible to you as normal. You may continue to make contributions/distributions on your account in accordance with IRS regulations and limits. The early withdrawal penalty fee on your IRA is 90 days interest. See the enclosed Truth in Savings Account Disclosure for additional details. *In the unlikely event that there is a duplication of account numbers on the Farmers Bank & Trust system, you will be notified of any changes to your account well in advance. 9

DEBIT CARDS DEBIT CARDS On March 30, 2015, your 1st Bank Debit Card will be deactivated and transactions will no longer be accepted. We recommend that you destroy your 1st Bank card at that time. You will receive a new Farmers Bank & Trust VISA Debit Card in the mail the week of March 23, 2015. Please keep this card in a secure place, and do not attempt to use it until it has been activated. Beginning at 6 p.m. on March 27, 2015, you may activate your Farmers Bank & Trust VISA Debit Card. Instructions for how you can activate your card will be included with your new card. The Farmers Bank & Trust VISA Debit Card comes with the following limits: Point of Sale (POS) Purchase Limit...$1,500 per day ATM Cash Withdrawals...$ 500 per day Combined Daily Limits (POS & ATM)... $2,000 per day Transactions conducted from 6 p.m. March 27, 2015 through March 29, 2015 using your new Farmers Bank & Trust VISA Debit Card will be approved based on the debit card limits noted above, and not the funds available in your associated account. On March 30, 2015, your debit card will be tied to your account, and transactions posted accordingly. This could result in an overdraft if your account balance is not sufficient to cover the transactions conducted. Please take note of your account balance on March 27, 2015, and use your bank debit card only for necessary transactions. Overdraft Lines of Credit will be included in your account available balance calculation and may be used to authorize transactions. If you have questions please contact your local branch, or call us at 870-235-7060 or toll free at 855-855-3268. Please Note: If your Debit Card has been lost or stolen, please contact the bank immediately. During Business Hours: Call 870-235-7060 After Hours: 800-383-8000. If your card is missing, be sure to have your name and card number or Social Security number available before you call and take note of any fraudulent activity. Lost or stolen card reporting is not available through NetTeller Online Banking. 10

ATM LOCATIONS & BANK STATEMENTS ATM LOCATIONS AND NETWORK After the initial activation, you may use your new Farmers Bank & Trust VISA Debit Card with no transaction fees at any Farmers Bank & Trust s 24 ATM locations. ATM locations are listed on our website, myfbtbank.com. Farmers Bank & Trust is a member of the SHAZAM ATM Network. SHAZAM offers a variety of innovative, cost-effective card services for you to choose. Each Farmers Bank & Trust account comes with the extra security provided by SHAZAM to catch possible fraudulent transactions. With the free SHAZAMBOLT$ service application, you can check your account balance 24/7 with your smartphone, tablet or home computer. SHAZAMBOLT$ also alerts you immediately to any purchase where your card is not present, such as Internet or telephone purchases, as well as potentially fraudulent activity. BANK STATEMENTS AND ELECTRONIC STATEMENTS (ESTATEMENTS) There will be no changes in your statement cycles. You will continue to receive your statements at the same time. All electronic statements (estatements) are produced on the cycle date specific to your account type each month and are available online the following business day. Your first estatement will be available upon receipt of the secure email from Farmers Bank & Trust. The estatement will be included in the email; you will no longer have to click a link to view your statement. Be sure to have your NetTeller ID and PIN available. estatements are available through Farmers Bank & Trust NetTeller Online Banking. This feature is free and available to all customers. We provide 13 months of statement cycles. If you received electronic statements with your 1st Bank account, they will automatically continue at Farmers Bank & Trust. If you have not previously received electronic statements, but would like to enroll, click more info on the Electronic Statement Enroll box on the Farmers Bank & Trust home page at myfbtbank.com, and follow the instructions for enrollment. You can enroll for Farmers Bank & Trust estatements beginning at 9 a.m. on March 30, 2015. 11

FDIC INSURANCE, OVERDRAFT PROTECTION & ONLINE BANKING FDIC INSURANCE Farmers Bank & Trust and the former 1st Bank deposit accounts are insured by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC). If you currently have deposit accounts at both banks, your deposits from 1st Bank will be separately insured by the FDIC for six months after the merger, which took place on January 16, 2015, to allow time to restructure your accounts if necessary. OVERDRAFT PROTECTION SERVICES If you have overdraft protection that transfers funds from a designated deposit account to cover overdrafts in another designated account, this service will continue. If you have overdraft protection at 1st Bank, you will have Overdraft Privilege at Farmers Bank & Trust. Your new limit will be $700. If you do not currently have overdraft protection with your 1st Bank account and you would like more information, contact your local branch, or call us at 870-235-7060 or toll free at 855-855-3268. This service will be available on Farmers Bank & Trust accounts beginning March 30, 2015. ONLINE BANKING Beginning on March 30, 2015, you can access NetTeller Online Banking when you visit the Farmers Bank & Trust website at myfbtbank.com. Your NetTeller ID and password will remain the same. If you are currently using an alias to access your account, that alias will remain the same.* If you are using a NetTeller 12 digit ID number, beginning March 30, 2015, after entry of your NetTeller ID you will be prompted to create an alias as your ID to access NetTeller. An alias must contain at least 6 characters/numbers. Your password will remain the same. You will also be prompted to answer security questions as part of the authentication process. If you encounter a problem, please contact your local branch or call us at 870-235-7060 or toll free at 855-855-3268. Until the conversion is complete certain information, such as balances on your account, may not be available for viewing. All NetTeller Online Banking information will be available by 9 a.m. on Monday, March 30, 2015. *In the unlikely event that there is a duplication of user IDs on the Farmers Bank & Trust system, you will be notified of any changes to your account well in advance. 12

ONLINE BILL PAY & MOBILE BANKING ONLINE BILL PAY You can access the online bill pay feature through Farmers Bank & Trust NetTeller Online Banking by simply clicking on the option for Online Bill Pay. Your payment history, recurring payments and payment categories will remain the same. If you are not enrolled in Online Bill Pay, you can enroll on the Farmers Bank & Trust Online Bill Pay system beginning at 9 a.m. on Monday, March 30, 2015. In preparing for the conversion, the last day to schedule a bill payment in the 1st Bank online banking system is prior to 6 p.m. on March 27, 2015. For payments scheduled for delivery during the conversion weekend, please check with your merchants to ensure payments are received. We apologize for any inconvenience. MOBILE BANKING Your 1st Bank mobile deposit banking service will be transferred to Farmers Bank & Trust. Mobile Banking will be unavailable for use from March 27 to March 30, 2015. Farmers Bank & Trust has three mobile applications FB&T Mobile, Clarity and FB&T Deposit that are available as free downloads in the itunes App Store for iphone and Google Play for Android. When you first access the system after the conversion, you will need to access your browser on your computer and log in to verify your identification. Once that is complete, you will be able to access banking services on your mobile device. To setup Clarity on your mobile device, you must begin by clicking the Clarity tab within NetTeller Online Banking. Next, you will need to download Clarity from itunes App Store or Google Play. Afterwards log into your online banking and click on the Settings icon on the navigation bar. Under the Mobile Devices tab, click on GENERATE ACCESS CODE. Open up Clarity on your device, tap on ENTER ACCESS CODE and enter in your 8 digit code. Tap on BEGIN USING THE APP once the app finishes preparing your session. An alert email will be sent to you anytime a device is added or removed. To enroll in Mobile Deposit EZ, through the FB&T Deposit app, access our website at myfbtbank.com to complete an enrollment form and submit it online. If you have questions about Mobile Deposit EZ, contact your local branch, or call us at 870-235-7060 or toll free at 855-855-3268. 13

TELEPHONE BANKING, NIGHT DROP SERVICES, BANK BY MAIL & LOAN ACCOUNTS TELEPHONE BANKING Former 1st Bank customers that use telephone banking will automatically be set up on Farmers Bank & Trust Access24 Telephone Banking system. Your ID and PIN will remain the same. You may use Access24 Telephone Banking by calling 870-235-7090, or toll free at 888-208-9604 24 hours a day. NIGHT DROP SERVICES Night Drop Services will continue uninterrupted. A bank representative will contact you about setting up a new contract with Farmers Bank & Trust. BANK BY MAIL SERVICES After 6 p.m. on March 27, 2015, customers using Bank by Mail services should begin mailing deposits to: Farmers Bank & Trust P.O. Box 250 Magnolia, AR 71754 LOAN ACCOUNTS There will be no changes to the interest rate or terms on your loan as a result of this conversion and your loan account number will not change.* You can continue to make payments at your local branch or online. If you wish to make your loan payment through an ACH or wire transfer, please use the Farmers Bank & Trust routing and transit number, which is 082901635.
