Specifically, on June 5, 2007, the Division submitted a "Notice of Mover Seeking an Order Authorizing Reconnection of a Telephone Number," asking the Board to issue an Order to the appropriate telecommunications company to reconnect the telephone number of the Mover. On October 2, 2006, pursuant to the Public Movers and Warehousemen Licensing Act, N.J.S.A. 45:140-1 m ~, the ivision notified the Board of the business location and telephone number of the Mover and that the Mover was holding itself out as rendering moving services but did not at that time hold a valid license issued by the ivision to provide such services.
