This means that it delivers the right document at the right time and in the desired format to the right recipient at the end of the business process both automatically and economically. Instead of making a printout, information can also be forwarded via e-mail, fax or as an upload to a website. Data is also archived when dispatched, so it remains available for future use. Basically, any information available in digital format can be delivered to the recipient (employee, customer, interested party) in a number of paper-free ways. In this context, Beta UX DistributionMaster acts as a hub for replacing or upgrading old print and dispatch solutions. The system generates custommade output from the various programs and delivers it to the desired recipients via fax or e-mail. If you want to leave it up to the recipient to decide whether or not to retrieve the information provided, invoices, account statements and other customer-specific documents can be stored on a distribution server that recipients can access via ID and password. Business-critical applications such as those used in banks, insurance companies and public agencies generate lists that originate in the data center and are then printed and sent to the respective branch or administrative office. There it is quite often divided into smaller units as part of a time-consuming manual process before the individual components are delivered to the processors in charge. Beta UX DistributionMaster can perform this separation automatically and then delivers the data to the processors sorted according to recipient, place or any other category. Output intended for large target groups might include product information, manuals, test versions, updates and press releases.
