Corporate Platinum Card Terms and Conditions 1 Manage Your Card Account: All Corporate Platinum Card accounts are eligible to enroll in Manage Your Card Account. Use of Pay by PC is subject to your company practices and policies. Pay by PC is available only for Corporate Platinum Card members whose monthly payments are paid directly by the corporation. For more information, contact your Program Administrator. Manage Your Card Account requires a browser that supports 128-bit encryption. 2 Concierge Services: There is typically no cost to you for most efforts Concierge consultants perform on your behalf, although you are responsible for any purchases and/or shipping charges you authorize. Fees may apply for meetings and event planning. 3 Airport Club Access: The Corporate Platinum Card member must be traveling. Name on ticket must match name on Corporate Platinum Card. The Corporate Platinum Card member must be 18 years of age to enter the Airport Club Lounge without a parent or guardian for American Airlines Admirals Club lounges. For Delta Air Lines Delta Sky Club lounges the member must be 18 where there is no self-service bar. The Corporate Platinum Card member must be 21 years of age to enter into all other Airport Club Lounges, Continental and Delta lounges where there is a self-service bar. Local age restrictions apply in non-u.s. locations. The Corporate Platinum Card member s spouse and children under the age of 21 or up to two companions may enter the club as complimentary guests. Code-share and affiliated lounge agreements may not apply. Employee travel-related benefit tickets are not eligible with American Airlines. The Corporate Platinum Card member must present his or her valid Card, government-issued I.D., and same day airline ticket to club agents. Complimentary access is specifically for the airport club that corresponds to the airline operating the flight (access pertains to the aircraft, not the flight number) except with respect to American Airlines marketed code share flights with an American Airlines flight number which are also eligible for complimentary access to the lounge. Meeting rooms may be reserved for a nominal fee. Card members must adhere to all house rules of participating clubs. For a list of participating airport club locations, call 1-800-492-3932. Partners and locations subject to change. 4 Priority Pass: Corporate Platinum Card members may access participating Priority Pass lounges worldwide on a complimentary basis, provided that they complete the Priority Pass application form. The Corporate Platinum Card member must present his or her Priority Pass card to gain access to participating lounges. Corporate Platinum Card member must be 21 years of age to enter into the airport club lounge without a parent or guardian. Members must adhere to all house rules of participating clubs. Amenities may vary among airport club locations. Conference rooms may be reserved for a nominal fee. For a list of participating airport club locations visit www.prioritypass.com. Partners and locations subject to change. Corporate Platinum Card members accompanying guests may access participating lounges for a $27 fee, which will automatically be charged to the Corporate Platinum Card.

5 Membership Rewards First Program: Enrollment required. Annual program fee to enroll a Corporate Card is $75. Some Corporate Cards are not eligible for enrollment. Participating Membership Rewards program partners, available rewards, and point levels are subject to change without notice. Eligibility is based upon company s participation in the Membership Rewards program. 6 FINE HOTELS & RESORTS: To receive FINE HOTELS & RESORTS program (FHR) amenities and rates, book FHR-negotiated rates and room categories through Corporate Platinum Travel Desk. Payment must be made with an American Express Card in the U.S. Corporate Platinum Card member s name. Room upgrade based on availability. Limit one amenity per room, per stay. Amenity restrictions vary by hotel, are subject to change, and cannot be redeemed for cash. Corporate Platinum members may book up to three (3) rooms inclusive of FHR rates and amenities and must accompany the party as a guest for which FHR reservations are made. In the event the Corporate Platinum member cancels the reservation(s), FHR rates and amenities will no longer apply to any remaining reservation(s). Back-to-back stays within a 24-hour period at a single FHR property are considered one stay. Participating airlines include : Aer Lingus, AeroMexico, Air France, Air New Zealand, Alitalia, Asiana Airlines, Austrian, Cathay Pacific, China Airlines, Delta Air Lines, Emirates, Etihad Airways, Japan Airlines, Jet Airways, LAN, Lufthansa, Mexicana, Scandinavian Airlines, South African Airways, Swiss International Air lines, Virgin Atlantic. Travel must originate in and return to a U.S. gateway (excluding Puerto Rico and overseas territories) or Canadian gateway. One-way travel permitted on some participating airlines where routing originates in U.S. Travel must be purchased by 12/31/10 and completed by 12/31/11. Available service class (First or Business) determined by participating airline. Seats are limited and may not be available on all flights. Card member and companion must travel on the same itinerary. Non-refundable $78 American Express service fee applies to purchase and all ticket changes/refunds with Corporate Platinum Card. Companion ticket subject to government taxes/fees from $50 to $400 roundtrip, including a September 11th Security fee of up to $10. Total charge for the companion ticket may also reflect airline imposed fuel surcharges of up to $400 roundtrip. Companion ticket must be returned/cancelled before full-fare ticket is refunded. Not combinable with any other promotion, discount, negotiated group, or corporate-contracted rate, and may not be available on participating airline s code-share partners, i.e. flights marketed by the ticketing airline but operated by its partner airline. Participating

airlines reserve right to modify fare rules/program participation prior to booking. Limit one companion ticket per Card member traveling. Tickets are not transferable or endorsable. 8 Car Rental Privileges: Benefits given to Corporate Platinum Card members are subject to each car rental company s terms and conditions, including age restrictions and require enrollment to receive benefits. Card members must be affiliated with the Corporate Platinum Card Program codes. Hertz #1 Club Gold is a registered trademark of Hertz System, Inc. Minimum rental age is 25 (exceptions apply). 16 Platinum Dining Reservations: All cancellations must be made by calling Platinum Dining at least 24 hours in advance of the reservations. Otherwise, a $15-per-person cancellation fee ($60 minimum, $120 maximum) will apply. Reservations are provided on a first-come, first-served basis, so please call early. 17 Roadside Assistance: Services are provided as an emergency and not a general maintenance type service. Coverage will be provided only for private passenger vehicles and trucks with a towing capacity of 2 tons. Towing to the nearest authorized facility, or, upon the Card member s request, to another location at a maximum towing distance of 10 miles with a maximum of $50 coverage.
