INT. LAWYERS OFFICE - NIGHT Susan enters the office of Attorney Anthony Marquez. Susan seems nervous. Hi, Ms. Harper? He offers her a handshake, Susan hesitates at first, then shakes his hand. She becomes strangely affected by his touch. Yes...Mr. Marquez. Thank you for taking the time to see me. They sit at a conference table and Susan pulls her chair closer to Anthony. No problem. My assistant told me it was an urgent matter. What can I do for you? A couple of years ago I was involved in a serious car accident. I had a nasty head injury. I was in a coma for four days and... well, I want to sue the driver, Henry Pendleton. Well, Ms. Harper. I see you already settled with Mr. Pendleton through his insurance company last fall... Susan leans over to grab Anthony s hand. Her behavior is seemingly anxious and oddly flirtatious. Please, you can call me Susan. Okay, Susan. Were you not represented during that settlement? Yes, I was. But I wasn t myself. I went through 2 lawyers...and I really didn t know what was going on until recently. Susan unbuttons her blouse as if she was burning up.

You might have been suffering from some sort of post-traumatic stress. It s not unusual. Yes. Oh, yes. I was going through a lot. She scoots closer to Anthony who reacts nervously in return. Susan, are you okay? No I m not. (trying to compose) Here s the problem. I was divorced a few years ago, long before my accident. My husband claimed I was neglecting my role as a wife. He claimed I was no longer interested in sex and often ignored him. Susan looks into Anthony s eyes is if she were preparing to kiss him Can I get you a glass of water? No, what I really want is to throw you down and maul the crap out of you! Right here, right now! She scoots even closer and begins to place her hand on his chest. Ms. Harper! Please. I want to help, but this is not...i m a married man. You need to calm yourself down. I wish I could, Mr. Marquez. But when I need to satisfy myself, it s overwhelming. She leans in and places her hands in his hair. He resists. Her breathing becomes deep and heavy. Wait...Ms. Harper! Really. I can only help you if you keep this professional!

I can t keep any promises. She grabs his thigh and tries to go in for a kiss. He is forced back in his chair. Wait. This is a joke, right? Did my partner, Frank put you up to this? Oh yeah, he owes me one. Anthony tries to stave her off and blurts a nervous laugh as he looks for a hidden camera. Good one, Frank! (to Susan) You re good! You had me fooled. Susan straddles him where he sits. I need you...i want you... Oh God! Ms. Harper, please! Susan begins to unbutton his shirt as she speaks. No, you don t understand. I need a good...understanding lawyer. My husband was telling the truth. I hadn t been interested in sex since our first child. I couldn t care less. But then after the accident, things changed. Ms. Harper, traumatic experiences can make people change their outlook on things...even their behavior, but this is not good behavior...this is bad behavior...very bad... She continues to run her hands through his hair. I saw a specialist...a neurologist. He says my head injury has caused a part of my brain to become...well...overstimulated. She continues her bizarre mating rituals.

I could be at the grocery store functioning just fine, then I check a cucumber for bruises...or a peach for softness..and bam! The next thing I know, I m under the meat counter with the produce manager. Can you help me? No! Anthony manges to get out from under her. I m not going to have sex with you. I don t want you to have sex with me. I want you to take on my case. I want to sue that bastard for making me this way. Okay...okay. I ll have to speak to my partner. We ll have to set some clear boundaries as how to proceed. You re going to have to try to control yourself. Thank you, Mr. Marquez. I ll try. We re going to have to have a female present in our meeting at all times. That won t make a difference. What? Oh, you mean...oh, I see, okay. Would you agree to wearing restraints? You re not really getting my situation, are you? CUT TO: END
