Pedagogical Rationale/Justification With the increasing complexity of the health care environment, the impact of educational levels on patient outcomes, and the changing expectations of employers, it is vital that RNs with associate degree seek higher degrees. Therefore starting the e CON s RN BS Completion Program will allows Registered Nurse with associate s degree in nursing from an accredited program to earn their BS in Nursing. 7. Projected Impact on Initial Enrollment, Retention, Graduation We proposing to accept 30 students annually, so that mean we are expanding our undergraduate total enrolments. This will imply we will have more graduates from our program, we do not anticipate that this program will affect retention at all. This program will have no impact on our current undergraduate programs. The program is designed for working nurses and can be completed in 5 semesters of primarily online part time study.
