Rolf Tweeten, Chairman EJ Schanfarber, President & CEO After obtaining a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Wisconsin- Stout School of Hotel Administration, Mr. Tweeten began his hospitality career with Marriott Corporation, where he completed their Management Training Program. After advancing through hotel managerial positions, Mr. Tweeten transitioned into hospitality real estate consulting with such prestigious firms as Deloitte & Touche and Ernst and Young where he became an expert consultant in operational, market research, and financial analysis and valuation of hospitality-related real estate. Culminating his career experience, Mr. Tweeten has successfully developed ground-up construction hotels as well as repositioning several existing assets. E J Schanfarber, President & Chief Executive Officer, brings more than thirty years hospitality leadership to his role, including top positions at some of the most celebrated hospitality management companies. Mr. Schanfarber has worked in multiple facets of the hotel industry, beginning his career with Hyatt Hotels & Resorts in 1981. Prior to joining Alliance Hospitality, Schanfarber served as President and Chief Executive Officer for Divi Resorts Group, a premier developer and operator of destination resorts in the Caribbean. Preceding Divi Resorts, Schanfarber held senior management positions with Remington Hotels, Extended Stay America, Omni Hotels & Resorts, and Durango Mountain Resort. 08
