Active Directory (AD) Self-Service TETRA IT has implemented a way for you to: 1. Set-Up/Maintain AD Contact Information (Use this option to create an AD Self-Serve Account and/or Maintain your AD Contact Information) 2. Reset Your Network Password (Use this option when you have forgotten your AD Account Password and need to establish a new one to use this function, you must have already Set-Up an AD Self-Serve Account) 3. Unlock Your Network Account (Use this option when you have forgotten your AD Account Password and need to establish a new one to use this function, you must have already Set-Up an AD Self-Serve Account) Your contact information is important because, in the event of an emergency (such as a hurricane or ice storm), TETRA personnel will be more able to provide you with necessary information. 1
1. Set-UP/Maintain AD Contact Information From your Internet Explorer, key in and go to: http://myaccount.tetratec.com 2

1. Set-Up/Maintain AD Contact Information Which will cause this screen to appear, where you will enter your regular Windows User Name/Password and then click the Login button. 4
1. Set-Up/Maintain AD Contact Information Verify that all information is correct. If you are not certain, leave the field as is or blank. Ensure that your Employee Number is your payroll clock number. If you have a Company provided cell phone, place its number in the Mobile field. 5

1. Set-Up/Maintain AD Contact Information NOTE: It will take up to two days for your updates to be seen in Outlook. If this is your first time to Set-Up/Maintain your AD Contact Information Click the Reset Q&A tab. Otherwise, you are done and may exit. 7
1. Set-Up/Maintain AD Contact Information You will need to supply the answers to two selectable questions, which will be used when you reset your password or unlock your account. It is important that you remember the answers and how you typed them (upper/lower case, the date format, etc. (7/4/1776 is not the same as 07/04/1776). After you have provided answers to the two selectable questions, click the Save button. 8

2. Reset Your Network Password If you have forgotten your Network Password, and wish to change it so that you may gain access... Go to a PC that provides you with Internet access and from the Internet Explorer, key in: http://myaccount.tetratec.com and then tap the Enter key... 10

2. Reset Your Network Password Which will take you to this screen where you will: 1- Enter your User Name 2 Select the proper Domain Name from the Drop Down 3 Click on the Continue button... 12

2. Reset Your Network Password Resulting in this screen where you will: 1- Enter your new Password (per Password Requirements) 2- Reenter/Confirm your new Password and 3- Click the Reset Password button 14
2. Reset Your Network Password After successfully resetting your password, this screen will appear and you may exit and Proceed with your normal operations. You may now close this window. 15
3. Unlock Your Network Account If you know your password, but have locked your account and wish to unlock it so that you may gain access... Go to a PC that provides you with Internet access and from the Internet Explorer, key in: http://myaccount.tetratec.com and then tap the Enter key... 16
