What s New in Version 1.2.5.3 CMT Self-Service Archive Migrator (SSAM) 1.2.5.3 introduces new features to prepare and validate end user workstations to ensure requirements are met and the archive migration will be successful. Migration administrators can now send end users a notification to run a pre-migration validation on their workstations. Also, workstation requirement validation now occurs before a migration is started. Workstation audit results will appear on the Person document. Batch files to prepare registries for migration to Outlook Pro Plus with O365 (Outlook C2R) are also now available. In addition, the standard Notes 9.x template (stdr9mail) has been added and several other issues detailed below have been resolved. Release Notes 1.2.5.3 The ability to send end users a notification to run a pre-migration validation check to ensure their workstation meets all requirements has been added. (1331) Batch files to prepare registries for migration using Outlook Pro Plus with O365 (Outlook C2R) have been added to the Outlook Pro Plus with O365 tab of the Required Settings. (2398) Workstation requirement validation now occurs before a migration is started. The user will be presented with a pop-up notification message and the migration administrator will be notified if the workstation does not meet all requirements needed to successfully run the migration. If this occurs, the person document is also updated to note the migration did not occur due to not meeting specific requirements. (2404) Workstation audit results are now displayed on the Person document. (2566) An issue where the Identify via Archive Profile failed to find archives in Notes 9 has been resolved. (4469) An issue where an archive could not be added to migrate if there was another archive with the same name in a different location has been resolved. Now, the user is asked if they want to add the archive if another archive with the same replica ID exists. (4470) An issue where the line spacing on the archives list was misaligned with the corresponding checkboxes has been resolved. (4774) The standard Notes 9.x template (stdr9mail) has been added to the Templates to Search For list. (4867) An issue where long.pst file locations caused UI display issues has been resolved. Long locations are now truncated in the UI to allow table rows to appear on one line. (4933) Previous Updates The following items were resolved in previous releases (defect numbers are in parenthesis): 1.2.5.2 An issue where an additional character was being appended to the SMTP address when replying to an email has been resolved. 1.2.5.1 1.2.5 An issue where the mail9 template was missing from the Archive Identification Methods section of the End User Migration settings has been resolved. (2548) An issue where the migration failed on files with accented characters in the filename has been resolved. (3954) An issue where if the First and/or Last Name contains special characters, the migration log file would not attach to the SSAM person document after migration completed has been resolved. (2771) An issue where the Archive Migration Selection window displayed the incorrect size of local archives after manually selecting archives when the Lotus Notes Regional Setting was set to 'Germany' has been resolved.
