The clinical experience will be with an RN Preceptor in the clinical facility setting to provide a more realistic viewpoint of managing more that one patient at a time. ** Imbedded in this clinical experience is a capstone experience consisting of a concentrated clinical where the student will be expected to progress from the care of one patient to managing clinical aspects for up to half of the assigned RN Preceptor s patient care assignment. Successful completion of this clinical includes a positive clinical
evaluation of this segment of the clinical experience by both the assigned RN Preceptor and the Clinical Instructor. Transition course RNSG 2514. Integrated Care of the Client with complex Health Care Needs.
