Connecting the FNC-1000 Power- Connect the power cable Micro USB- This interface is used to add additional storage through flash drives. HDMI - Connect one end of the HDMI cable to the TV and connect the other end to the FNC-1000. Audio and Video is both transmitted to the TV over this cable. 10/100MB Internet - Wired and Wireless Internet Connections are both supported. We STRONGLY advise you to connect your FNC-1000 Internet Entertainment Box only by a wired Ethernet connection of 100mb. Wired Internet Connection- Connect the RJ-45 internet cable to the FNC-1000 USB- This interface is used to add additional storage through flash drives. Page 4 of 30
Initializing the FNC-1000 Push and release the button on the top of the FNC-1000 to turn it on. The FNC-1000 will first attempt to display on your TV at Highest Quality 1080P in the event your TV doesn t support 1080P it will display at 720P. Page 5 of 30

Pairing the FNC-1000 Controller Before the Controller can be used to control the FNC-1000 Internet Entertainment Box, the controller must be paired with the FNC-1000 Internet Entertainment Box. Pairing is where the controller and the FNC-1000 Internet Entertainment Box establish a mutually agreed upon communications channel to communicate on. This agreed upon communications channel is identified by the controller number assigned by the FNC-1000 Internet Entertainment Box. The FNC-1000 Internet Entertainment Box always assigns first, controller number one and then controller number two incrementing by one up to controller number four. The controller number is displayed on the controller by the top center white leds. The top left one is controller one Controller leds are counted from left to right. Page 7 of 30
Pairing the FNC-1000 Controller Continued Press and hold the bottom center flashing. On/Menu button until the controller LEDs stop When controller LEDs stop flashing and one of top controller leds is steady illuminated the controller has assigned a controller number and is paired with the FNC-1000 and ready for use. A controller LED will be illuminated during the entire time of use. The controller has a sleep mode that is automatically invoked after extended inactivity. To wake the controller Press the bottom center On/Menu button one time. Page 8 of 30
FNC-1000 Android Menu Overview The FNC-1000 Media Center for Internet Entertainment was created from a high performance Android powered game console with stunning high quality video output. The Free Net Cable software was installed on top of the Android operating system. Depending on your installation environment you might be required to make settings changes to the Android Operating System settings. The Android Menu has two sub menus Manage and System. When you select Manage or System it opens up the sub menu by default. Page 9 of 30

Manage / System / Language Allows the FNC-1000 to be setup in foreign language. Manage / System / System Updates The FNC-1000 auto upgrades option not used. Manage / System / Storage Displays storage utilization Manage / System / Development Not Supported Manage / System / Advanced System Settings for changing time and networking. FNC-1000 Advanced Settings The advanced setting configuration panel is where you make changes to the FNC-1000. The two most common changes are configuring network access and setting the date and time. The FNC-1000 supports both wireless and wired connectivity to the internet. We strongly recommend that your FNC-1000 be only connected via a 100mb Fast Ethernet connection. Please Note: To configure the wireless option you have to remove the wired connection from the FNC-1000. Wireless is only available when the wired internet connectivity is not available.
