The city centre waterfront has been revitalised in recent years and it is wonderful for our staff and visitors to be able to benefit as a result. The Three Graces, Albert Dock, Tate Modern, the Museum of Liverpool and a multitude of other attractions make the waterfront an iconic location. We are delighted that our office location allows us to participate in the best that the city has to offer. Jonathan Main - Office Senior Partner PwC Liverpool is a very special and unique location in the city. The setting is outstanding, and to operate the Malmaison in this environment is second to none. Our guests never fail to be impressed by the location. Peel are consistently proactive in managing the area itself, and work closely with us to ensure the best experience for all visitors The growth of Quilter's investment management business and an increased number of client meetings taking place within the office, necessitated a relocation from our previous city centre premises in 2006. Having reviewed a number of potential new sites, the waterfront at was identified as an ideal combination of flexible office layout, modern facilities and a very pleasant environment from which to work and hold meetings. The availability of ample parking and easy access make it very convenient for staff, clients and professional contacts to come into our offices and the expansion of the waterfront should position us in the heart of the new Liverpool Waters development.
