NOOSR.01 Commonwealth of Australia National Office of Overseas Skills Recognition Migration Act 1958 Migration Regulations For the purposes of regulation 2.26B of the Migration Regulations, a body specified in column 2 of an item of the Schedule is APPROVED to make skills assessments as the relevant assessing authority for those occupations specified in column 3 of the same item. Such skills assessments are to be conducted, wherever appropriate, in accordance with the Guiding Principles for the Assessment of Overseas Skills and Qualifications, published by the Commonwealth of Australia in 1997.
