68 Sensors Industrial Line 69 Irradiance Sensor SI-12TC AND SI-12TC-T IRRADIANCE SENSOR SILICIUM SI-420-TC-K, SI-420-TC-T-K AND SI-RS485-TC-T V2 The short-circuit current of a silicon solar cell is proportional to the irradiance level. The SI-12TC sensors use a monocrystalline solar cell, which is operated in short circuit via a low-ohm resistor. The sensors feature active temperature compensation. In addition to irradiance measurement, the SI-12TC-T sensors allow solar cell temperature measurement. Measurements are taken by a temperature sensor laminated onto the cell itself. The irradiance values measured by the sensors allow the target yield of a PV system to be calculated. By comparing target with actual yield, inconsistencies can be identified quickly and reliably. The SI-RS485-TC-T sensor also records the temperature of the sensor element and thus delivers an approximate module temperature. 72 Sensors Industrial Line 73 COMPACT WEATHER STATION WS501-UMB, WS510-UMB AND WS600-UMB Compact hygrothermo sensor PT1000 Sensor The WS501-UMB, WS510-UMB and WS600-UMB compact weather stations are used to measure the ambient temperature, relative humidity, air pressure, wind direction and wind speed. The WS501 and WS510 additionally measure solar irradiance, while the WS600 records precipitation. They also offer a RS485 Modbus interface, which facilitates connection to all meteocontrol data loggers. The meteocontrol compact hygro-thermo sensor measures both temperature and air humidity. Ideally, the sensor should be combined with an irradiance protector in order to prevent any falsification of the measurement values. This component measures the ambient temperature in a casing using a PT1000 resistance sensor. When short cables are used, it can be connected directly to an analog input of the data logger. 76 Direct Marketing Industrial Line 77 Industrial Line Direct Marketing Direct Marketer Interface Requirements of the market bonus model implemented with ease An additional interface was implemented in the data logger for communication between the direct marketer and the remote controlled PV system. The prerequisite for enabling the direct marketer to sell solar energy on the electricity exchange based on the market bonus model is thus bundled in one device. The direct marketer interface supports implementation of commands for reducing the active power of the PV system, in addition to supporting feedback to the direct marketer about the current status of the feed-in power. To safeguard data communication between the monitoring system of the PV system and the respective direct marketer, the communication line is protected via VPN encryption. + + Simple conversion to direct marketing by using existing interfaces + + Cost reduction from grid feed-in management and direct marketing being combined in one device + + Compatible with many providers of solar energy direct marketing + + Security due to protected data transmission with VPN encryption LICENSE 428.099 Direct marketer interface license for systems up to 500 kwp 428.100 Direct marketer interface license for systems up to 1 MWp 428.101 Direct marketer interface license for systems up to 2 MWp 428.102 Direct marketer interface license for systems up to 5 MWp 428.103 Direct marketer interface license for systems up to 10 MWp VPN ROUTERS 422.407 Wireless router MoRoS HSPA 2.1 PRO 422.416 2-Port VPN Ethernet Router EBW-E100 1.0 VPN-Routerkonfiguration 426.024 Router configuration for energy & meteo systems for direct marketer interface 426.025 Router configuration for Enertrag for direct marketer interface 422.026 Router configuration for Next Kraftwerke for direct marketer interface 428.104 Direct marketer interface license for systems up to 20 MWp 428.105 Direct marketer interface license for systems exceeding 20 MWp

78 SCADA Center Industrial Line 79 Industrial Line SCADA CENTER SCADA Center The local SCADA solution for monitoring and managing your PV power station The SCADA Center allows local control and operation management of PV plants. The SCADA system offers interfaces to all system components, such as data loggers, SPS, various actuators as well as third-party systems, for example of grid operators. The system can be used either alternatively or in parallel to the safer Sun and VCOM monitoring systems and offers all features required for operation management in a control room on the system. The data is stored on an industrial server on the system, which enables operation management and data management independent of a stable Internet connection. Operation management in a local control room is carried out via one or more workstations offering high-quality analyses for defect identification and alarm management. The SCADA Center by meteocontrol additionally offers extensive protection against unauthorized access in order to meet the growing requirements for information security on SCADA systems. Features Detailed visualization of real-time measured values Control of field sensors, actuators and inverters Interfaces for connection to third-party systems (e. g. grid operators) Multiscreen-enabled, multilingual user interface (HMI) Alerts for efficient defect identification Intuitive navigation through hierarchical representation of the system structure Interactive system plan for easy visualization Compatible with inverters by all leading manufacturers Maximum cyber security 128 to 256-bit encryption with RSA / SHA algorithms + + The recorded data can be used directly and locally + + For on-site application of the system, no Internet connection is required + + For local troubleshooting, high resolution live values are made available (e. g. second interval) + + The user interface offers individual configuration options to suit local requirements + + Multilingualism due to broad range of available interfaces (IEC 60870, IEC 60850, DNP3, OPC etc.)
