Bose, Secretary Federal Energy Regulatory Commission 888 First Street, N.E., Room 1A Washington, D.C. 20426 Re: Trunkline Gas Company, LLC Docket No. RP12- -000 Dear Ms. Bose: Trunkline Gas Company, LLC (Trunkline) submits herewith for filing the following revised tariff record to its FERC Gas Tariff, Fourth Revised Volume No. 1, proposed to be effective October 8, 2011: Version Description Title 14.0.0 Negotiated Rates Currently Effective Rates STATEMENT OF NATURE, REASONS AND BASIS The purpose of this filing is to submit to the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (Commission) a tariff record that reflects removal of the service agreement with ProLiance Energy, LLC from the listing of negotiated rate agreement details in Trunkline s Fourth Revised Volume No. 1 tariff. Pursuant to Section 11.8 of the General Terms and Conditions of Trunkline s FERC Gas Tariff, the negotiated rate was changed by the parties to a rate which is a discounted rate and the term was extended. IMPLEMENTATION Pursuant to Section 154.7(a)(9) of the Commission=s Regulations, Trunkline requests that the revised tariff record submitted herewith become effective October 8, 2011. Trunkline reserves the right to move this tariff record into effect in the event any change to the proposed tariff record may be ordered by the Commission. Trunkline respectfully requests the Commission grant waiver of Section 154.207 of the Commission s Regulations and any other waivers of its Regulations that it deems necessary to allow the proposed tariff record in this filing to become effective on October 8, 2011, the effective date of the modified agreement.
