Washington, D.C Dear Ms. Bose: Re: Docket No. RP15- Compliance with Order No. 801 on Pipeline Maps In compliance with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission s (Commission) Order No. 801 in Docket No. RM , 1 (Lake Charles LNG) hereby submits for filing with the Commission the following tariff record to its FERC NGA Gas Tariff, Fourth Revised Volume No. 1-A, proposed to become effective April 1, Version Description Title Part III Tariff Map STATEMENT OF NATURE, REASONS AND BASIS The purpose of this filing is to comply with the Commission s Order No. 801 concerning interstate natural gas pipeline maps. Specifically, the Commission eliminated the requirement that pipelines include system maps in their tariffs, while retaining the requirement that pipelines post and maintain an updated system map on their Internet websites and implementing a quarterly deadline for updating pipeline maps. In compliance with Order No. 801, Lake Charles LNG is removing its map from the Tariff and replacing this map with the Uniform Resource Locator reference to Lake Charles LNG s publicly available website where the map may be viewed and downloaded. IMPLEMENTATION AND WAIVER REQUESTED Pursuant to Section 154.7(a)(9) of the Commission s Regulations, Lake Charles LNG requests that the proposed tariff record submitted herewith be accepted effective April 1, 2015 without further action from Lake Charles LNG.
