Pursuant to the provisions of Section 26.2 (b) of Transco s General Terms and Conditions, Transco refunded the amount received from Texas Eastern, with interest, to its Rate Schedule S-2 customers on January 8, In accordance with Section of the Regulations of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, the following material is submitted herewith: An etariff XML filing package, filed as a zip (compressed) file, containing: (1) A transmittal letter in PDF format; (2) Attachment 1, which consists of a copy of the letter sent to S-2 customers reflecting the amounts refunded and Appendix A, Schedules 1 and 2 which set forth the total refund of principal and interest allocated to each of Transco s S-2 storage customers; and (3) A copy of the complete filing in PDF format for publishing in elibrary.
