NEW JERSEY MARKET Nomaan Ashraf, MD (Orthopedic Surgeon) Dr. Nomaan Ashraf is a spine surgeon at Comprehensive Spine Care, PA in New Jersey. He completed his college education with honors at The University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia. Following his Ivy League college education he completed his medical education while simultaneously getting a business degree as part of the Tufts University School of Medicine's MD/MBA program in Boston, MA. Scott Bleazey, DPM (Podiatrist) Dr. Bleazey is a fellowship-trained foot and ankle surgeon, specializing in advanced reconstruction including total ankle replacement surgery. Richard Chang, MD (Orthopedic Surgeon, Hand) Dr. Chang received his medical degree from the New York University School of Medicine. He completed his orthopedic surgery residency at Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, during which he was awarded a prize for outstanding research in musculoskeletal disorders.
