CNM Customer Network Management Portal (For Enterprise Data Customers)-User Manual Welcome to the Reliance CNM reporting module features which gives you the necessary visibility to leverage your network infrastructure to the competitive advantage. Mentioned below is the overview of reports available for the CNM class: Reports available Reports available in CNM (MRTG & Others) Bandwidth Utilization Service Availability Ping & Trace Utility Other Basic and Enhanced Reports (Info-vista Portal) On-line TT Creation/ View Reports available in Info vista Bandwidth Utilization Instance Report Latency Packet Loss PE-PE reports CPE-CPE Reports Jitter QOS / COS The above reports are clubbed into the flavours of CNM Class as mentioned below. There are five flavours of CNM Class: Basic : PE to PE Reports Basic +CoS : PE to PE Reports & CoS Reports (PE to PE) Enhanced : CPE to CPE Reports Enhanced+CoS : CPE to CPE Reports & CoS Reports (CPE to CPE) None : No Reports to be shown. Apart from the above facilities, all the SLA parameters like: Bandwidth Utilization Latency (PE-PE) Packet loss (PE-PE) Will be available only if you had chosen Basic as the CNM class. Further the documents contain the screenshots from the CNM portal which will help you monitoring your services. Login Procedure Post login on to the portal http://cnm.reliancecommunications.co.in you can should have with you: Login id: alphanumeric string Password: alphanumeric string CAN No: 12 digits Enter the Login ID, Password and CAN
Login Page The login page will consist of the list of the services which are under that CAN Number. Select the service Type to get the network status
Customer contact Details When you click Profile the page display will show customer contact Information. You can also edit the contact information.
Profile Under this option you can edit profile, Add profile, Change password, change contact information.
Procedure to Book the TT: 1. For faster searching of the Subscriber ID of which FT to be booked use Search Service. 2. Search will directly take you to the concern page & reflect the subscriber ID. 3. Then click the subscriber ID & create FT.
After selecting the service press the Create TT Tab to create New TT To View the Status of already booked TT press View TT Select the Subscriber ID of which TT to be booked
After pressing the create TT tab a page will be open as below in which CAN No. and Subscriber ID will come automatically you need to Put Name, Phone No., select case type and short description about the problem faced on that link and press submit button. Enter Your Name, Phone No. And Select case type from the available options, short Description about the problem Press the Submit Tab
In 30 Seconds you will get the TT No.
Service detail type This is the list of VPNs under service type MPLS VPN. Choose the VPN for its network status

Reports under Bandwidth Utilization The reports shown below consist of Daily - Weekly - Monthly - Yearly graph displaying the Maximum, Average and Current inbound and outbound traffic in Kb/s. Figures in the bracket indicate the Report is refreshed at xx minutes interval

The no of packets having error during reception is almost zero in this case. Interface Utilization as (%) of outgoing traffic to the total available bandwidth is shown with respect to the hrs.
Interface Utilization in at 12 Hrs was maximum 20% of the total available capacity The interface capacity against the hour is shown. In this graph it s available at 4kbps

Enhanced reports-qos Reports display the performance reports as per the Cos.
Insta Report : It shows the report (Bandwidth utilization, Error IN-OUT %, Wan Availability) of the selected link of last 5 Mins. Select the interface and right click the mouse to get insta report Select the desired repot to view
