MBA participant profile EADA supports diversity in the classroom with a student body that is 95% international, with participants from more than 26 different nationalities. Our average MBA participant is 29 years old with 5 years of professional experience. Students come from a wide range of academic backgrounds including engineering (31%), management/administration (20%), economics (13%) and law (5%). Employment statistics 2013 (2012 Graduates) 85% employed after 3 months 88% change companies 7% return to the same company 5% launch own company The employment statistics of graduates are published one year after graduation. This report includes data about the 2012 class. In the 2011-2012 programme, 85% of MBA graduates were working 3 months after graduation. While 7% returned to their previous place of employment, 88% found work in new companies and 5% became entrepreneurs, launching their own company.
