OUR FEE STRUCTURE Effective January 1 st, 2014 our pricing structure is based on the following: Once the Electricity Supplier has calculated a refund on the past invoices then a 55% fee will be based on the total refund applied. Please note the following: 1. There is the possibility that upon an audit of the Electricity Bill that OEB may determine an error on the past bill but will not apply the refund but will implement the savings for the future. We will not apply a charge for the review of the utility bill. 2. There may be no errors on your bill and will result in no credit or refund. In this case then no fee is payable. 3.
