1 Administrative and Financial Assistance Intuitae proposes managing your administrative, accounting and financial needs: gathering and filing administrative documents, personalized financial monitoring, monitoring and managing real estate holdings, monitoring and verifying tax due dates, managing household employees, monitoring health insurance. According to your needs and objectives, you can select one or several of our services. These personalized offers are invoiced based on time spent and a fee schedule relative to the person who intervenes on your behalf. Our Methodology Our approach for all of these services provides a standard and consistent treatment of files. Every client is assigned to a team of two: a Leader 1 and an assistant: The Leader 1 guarantees the satisfactory treatment of your file. He supervises and organizes the assistant s work. His involvement provides consistency with your over-all issues (financial, tax and legal) and strengthens his pro-activeness; The assistant is the person with whom you deal directly. He takes care of your demands, ensures the work is accomplished and responds to your questions. A back-up system is also put into place. It guarantees you a continuity of service throughout the year. Intuitae s experience with administrative and financial assistance has allowed us to formalize an ensemble of procedures and to develop the tools necessary to successfully serve our clients. The implementation of these procedures and the use of these tools guarantee a professional approach to each file.
2 p. 2/5 The Services We Offer Our offer is built around the following principal services: 1 / Gathering and classifying documents You can delegate the gathering of your mail to us (monitoring your mail boxes, weekly collection at your home). The treatment of your mail is assured by the assistant who classifies the documents according to a pre-established nomenclature. He is responsible for: Verifying and filing accounts payable; Verifying and filing other mail; Filing bank statements, identifying debits and credits. Verifications are performed during bank reconciliation and budgetary monitoring; Preparing letters, at your request, for your signature. We keep a copy of all documents: the originals remain in your possession. 2 / Personalized financial monitoring The creation and monitoring of a personalized budget give you a detailed over-all vision of the ensemble of your assets and the fluctuations that affect them. This enables you to better coordinate and control your expenses. Throughout the year and according to the evolution of your revenues and assets, this personalized financial monitoring allows you to envisage possible areas of savings and/or to look for financing. Our efficiency and pro-activeness reinforce each other. Our approach is based on the following steps: Identifying estate assets, debts and commitments, sources of revenue and expenses, different categories of fluctuation; Identifying their recurrence and their tax and/or financial impacts; Defining objectives, making recommendations, implementing and monitoring one or several budgets; Creating, with your collaboration, annual and monthly budget estimates. Methods of financing are planned for and identified. We monitor each category s debits and credits for the current month as well as the totals for the year. We also compare the monthly and accumulated deviations with the projected budget established at the beginning of the year.
3 p. 3/5 We use the following sources of information: Bank and credit card statements (internet access, if possible); Checkbooks; Work contracts; Service contracts and various subscriptions. A personalized, global consolidation is made in the first 10 days of each month. It is accompanied by a budget analysis. We include: Verifying and managing expenses: - Verifying suppliers paid by automatic withdrawal; - Verifying payments made (checks, credit cards, etc.); comparison with current contracts (work contracts, service contracts, subscriptions, etc.); - Monitoring of due dates (e.g. loan reimbursements); - Monitoring bank fees. Bank reconciliation and verifying bank statements. Organizing a monthly or bi-monthly payment and signature session: - Paying invoices; - Validating and signing mail and administrative documents; - Sending documents (a copy is saved in your file). 3 / Monitoring and managing your real estate holdings We also accept the following mandates: Managing insurance claims - Preparing official reports and ensuring their processing by the insurer; - Creating the administrative file for the insurance; - Monitoring meetings with experts. Managing repairs - Finding companies and obtaining estimates; - Monitoring the advancement of work and billing. Real estate insurance - Regular monitoring and analysis of insurance contracts. Managing rental property - Writing leases with a specialized company; - Maintaining relationships with real estate agents, property managers and renters; - Writing and managing rent notifications and receipts/overdue notices, if necessary.

Purchasing real estate - Selecting and monitoring relationships with real estate agents; - Looking for and obtaining loans. 4 / Monitoring and verifying your tax due dates We standardize and monitor your tax due dates thereby guaranteeing the timely payment of amounts due. We also verify the amounts in question and ensure contact with the tax departments concerned. Taxes taken into account: - Residency tax(es) - Property tax(es) - Income tax - Wealth tax 5 / Managing your household employees You can delegate the following mandates to us: Finding and selecting house-cleaning companies, security companies, etc. that improve the quality of life. We will take care of obtaining written proposals and issuing contracts. Managing household personnel: - Finding domestic personnel according to criteria that you will have defined; - Putting into place work contracts prepared by your attorneys or agencies specializing in household employment; - Implementing and monitoring "service-employment voucher" payments (CESU); - Monitoring the personnel (arranging and scheduling work, implementing a household budget and monitoring daily expenses). Social Security - Monitoring and analyzing social security payments, validating them with accountants or appropriate organizations; - Comminicating with Unemployment, Health and Retirement Insurances and Welfare Funds; - Declaring employees social charges and monitoring payments.
