Endeavor Eligibility, Claim Status and Remittance Advice Information for JF States Endeavor is a secure provider internet website that allows providers to check claim status, verify eligibility, and review a single claim remittance advice. Endeavor Contact Changes It is important to review the above information prior to requesting access to Endeavor. There are helpful hints, FAQ s and instructional manuals (User Manual) that will guide you through the Endeavor process. We are currently developing an enhanced registration process for the larger facilities to register multiple NPI s together instead of separately. More information will be shared on this process as we get closer to the rollout for each state. Endeavor can be used 24 hours a day, seven days a week to perform eligibility inquiries. However, claim status and single claim remittance advice searches may only be performed during the following hours. Eligibility Inquiries Part A Part B 24 hours a day, seven days a week Claim Status and Single Claim Remittance Advice Searches Part A Part B Monday - Friday: 6 a.m. 8 p.m. CT and Saturday: 7 a.m. 3 p.m. CT Check NPPES before Registering Additional NPI Before registering for Endeavor, ensure the provider NPI s are established in NPPES (https://nppes.cms.hhs.gov). To establish the NPI s correctly, the Other Provider Identifier fields within NPPES are as follows: Issuer: Select Medicare PIN. Number: Enter the Medicare PTAN, including the state code prefix for Medicare Part B. State: Enter the appropriate state code. Issues Logging Into Endeavor

If you receive an error message while accessing Endeavor during the posted business hours or when trying to perform an eligibility inquiry at any time, there are two ways to report the issue: 1. After the registration and requested access to Endeavor has been approved, it may take up to 30 days to be able to access all of the requested NPI s due to provider load information 2. For each specific error message received, call the appropriate NAS contact found in the table below: Error Message Contact Phone Number The system could not respond to the request in a timely manner. The Eligibility System could not respond to the request in a timely manner. Resubmit the inquiry at a later time. An unexpected error has occurred. The system could not process the request. The Eligibility system could not perform the inquiry. The inquiry response could not be processed. are invalid. No records match the Medicare Provider Identification Number. No ICN/DCN was found. The ICN/DCN has not been finalized. Resubmit the inquiry at a later time. Either the beneficiary details are invalid or the beneficiary has no claims matching the claims data entered. Check the data entered and resubmit the inquiry.
