TrustedSharing 6

Trusted Sharing Overview 6.1 Trusted Sharing gives you the ability to securely share files with anyone through ncrypted Cloud s secure web browser. This means that the recipient is not required to have cloud storage or an ncrypted Cloud account to securely access this file. Here is a brief overview of how the Trusted Sharing Process works: 1. The sender right- clicks the folder he wishes to share and sets specific Trusted Sharing permissions. ncrypted Cloud: Cloud Web Portal User Guide

2. After the sender shares the folder, the recipient will receive this Trusted Share in the form of a link via email. Once the recipient clicks on the link, the ncrypted Cloud secure web portal will open and the recipient will be able to access the file. ncrypted Cloud: Cloud Web Portal User Guide

3. Once the recipient accesses the file, the sender will receive an email notifying them that the recipient has accessed the file/folder. This email will also contain a link manage the settings of the Trusted Share via the Share Management Page on the Cloud Web Portal. ncrypted Cloud: Cloud Web Portal User Guide

Once the link expires, the recipient will no longer have access to this Trusted Share. ncrypted Cloud: Cloud Web Portal User Guide

Trusted Sharing How To Securely Share Data with Anyone Using Trusted Sharing 6.2 To share this file using Trusted Sharing, right- click and select Trusted Sharing. Enter the email addresses of the people you wish to securely receive files from in first line and write an optional message. ncrypted Cloud: Cloud Web Portal User Guide

Set sharing permissions by selecting view, download, upload, or all. Watermark the file if you wish. For this demonstration, leave the require access code box unchecked since we went over that process in the previous example. Set a link expiration time and hit share. This is the email the recipient will receive. ncrypted Cloud: Cloud Web Portal User Guide

Once the recipient clicks on Access Folder, he will have access to all Medical Documents within this folder. Scroll over the file to reveal the Download button and click on the file name link to view. ncrypted Cloud: Cloud Web Portal User Guide

This is the email you will receive once your folder has been accessed. ncrypted Cloud: Cloud Web Portal User Guide

Trusted Sharing Receiving Files Securely Using Trusted Sharing 6.3 ncrypted Cloud gives you the ability to securely receive files from anyone, even those who do not have a cloud storage account or ncrypted Cloud installed. When you need patients to securely share files with you in a HIPAA Compliant manner, you can use ncrypted Cloud s Upload Feature in Trusted Sharing to do so. If you do not have a folder for these clients to drop files into already, you can click Create Folder to create a new one. ncrypted Cloud: Cloud Web Portal User Guide

This folder will now appear in your cloud. To share this folder using Trusted Sharing, right- click the folder and select Trusted Sharing. ncrypted Cloud: Cloud Web Portal User Guide

Enter the names of the clients you wish to securely receive files from in first line and write an optional message. To enable the upload only option, check the box next to Upload in addition to View and Download. ncrypted Cloud: Cloud Web Portal User Guide

Once you hit share, the recipient will receive this email. Once the recipient clicks Access Folder, the folder will be accessible through ncrypted Cloud s secure web portal. ncrypted Cloud: Cloud Web Portal User Guide

To upload files into this folder, click Upload File and select the files you wish to upload. Once these files are uploaded, they will appear in this folder. You will receive an email from ncrypted Cloud notifying you of this change. ncrypted Cloud: Cloud Web Portal User Guide

You can now access these files right on the secure web portal, or download them securely onto your computer. ncrypted Cloud: Cloud Web Portal User Guide
