Welcome to ncrypted Cloud! ncrypted Cloud is a Privacy, Security, and Collaboration application that uses Industry Standard Encryption Technology (AES-256 bit encryption) to secure files stored in the cloud. Through seamless cloud integration, ncrypted Cloud acts as a layer on top of cloud storage services, giving you the ability to protect data, securely share and collaborate with anyone, and keep track of all data activity. Users must have a cloud storage account before using ncrypted Cloud. ncrypted Cloud Cloud is compatible with Dropbox, Google Drive, One Drive, Box, and Egnyte. ncrypted Cloud works on desktops and laptop computers, mobile devices, and the web. Getting Started Create A Cloud Storage Account 1.1 In order to use ncrypted Cloud, you must have a cloud storage account. ncrypted Cloud is compatible with Dropbox, Google Drive, One Drive, Box, and Egnyte. For the purpose of this demonstration, we will be showing you how to create a Dropbox account. If you already have a cloud storage account, pelase proceed to step #2. If you do not have a Dropbox Account, please follow the instructions below to create one. 1. Go to https://www.dropbox.com and click Sign Up. 2. Getting Started Register for ncrypted Cloud 1.2 1. Go to www.ncryptedcloud.com and click the Sign Up button in the top right corner of the page 2. Fill in the registration information below: First Name, Last Name, Email, Password ncrypted Cloud: Cloud Web Portal User Guide

Cloud Web Portal 2.1 Overview This is an example of what your cloud web portal will look like with files and folders from your cloud storage provider. This page is you Cloud Web Portal Home Screen. Cloud Web Portal 2.2 Navigation The top bar options give you the ability to directly access your Notifications Page, Home Page, Auditing Page, Get Help, and edit you personal settings. Right below the top bar, you can Create Folders, Upload Files, and Search within you CWP. This is what your personal settings drop- down menu will look like. Here, you can set your identity, edit your settings (Identities, Account, Notifications, Personal Pin, Devices), Install, Get Help, and Log Out. ncrypted Cloud: Cloud Web Portal User Guide
Cloud Web Portal 2.3 Cloud Providers You can add and switch between cloud providers using the dropdown menu right below the ncrypted Cloud Logo on the left of the screen. When you click on the Add Cloud Provider Link, the menu will expand with Cloud Provider Options. Once you select an option, you will be asked to sign- in and confirm that you would like to connect the cloud provider account to ncrypted Cloud. Cloud Web Portal 2.4 Account Management Overview To manage your account settings, select Settings from the drop- down menu below your name. The Identities page is the first page you will see. On the left hand side, you can switch between tabs to edit your Account Settings, Notifications Settings, Personal PIN Settings, and Devices. ncrypted Cloud: Cloud Web Portal User Guide
3 Identities
Identities Overview 3.1 Users can have one personal, and potentially many corporate identities with which you can manage and collaborate. Having multiple identities allows you to keep personal data separate from corporate data in the same cloud. The Identities Page in your Settings allows you to add a new identity, edit identities, and unlink identities. ncrypted Cloud: Cloud Web Portal User Guide
Identities Add Corporate Identity 3.2 1. Click the green Add New Identity button under the Organization category and a pop- up window will appear. Enter your organization email and a nickname for this identity. 2. If your organization is already registered with ncrypted Cloud, your corporate email address will be detected (left). If your organization is new to ncrypted Cloud, this pop- up window will expand and you will be asked to enter the name of your organization and a short description (right). Once your organization email is approved, your new corporate identity will appear in your identity settings. You can edit your identity by clicking on the edit icon, and unlink you identity by clicking on no symbol icon. ncrypted Cloud: Cloud Web Portal User Guide
Identities Switch Between Identities 3.3 Once your corporate email is approved, you will be able to switch between your personal and corporate identity using the drop- down menu. Simply select the identity you wish to operate as and a checkmark will appear next to the select identity. If you are working under your corporate identity, a black briefcase icon will appear on the top left corner of the file or folder, indicating that you are working with corporate documents. ncrypted Cloud: Cloud Web Portal User Guide

Account Overview 4.1 You can edit your account settings on your Account Tab. As you can see below, you can edit your first and last name, and change you password. Additionally, you can set the amount of time you are allowed to be inactive for before ncrypted Cloud automatically logs you out of your CWP. ncrypted Cloud: Cloud Web Portal User Guide
Account Notifications 4.2 If you wish to disable email notifications, you can do so in the notifications tab of your settings. ncrypted Cloud: Cloud Web Portal User Guide
Account Personal PIN 4.3 You can change your personal PIN code in your Personal PIN Settings ncrypted Cloud: Cloud Web Portal User Guide
Account Devices 4.4 ncrypted Cloud gives you the ability to manage your devices right on the web. Here, you can Unlink Devices remotely. To unlink a device, simply click on the red Unlink Button and this pop- up window will appear. Data How To Delete & Download Management 5.1 You can delete and download files by right- clicking the file and selecting the desired option. You can delete folders by simply right- clicking the folder as well. ncrypted Cloud: Cloud Web Portal User Guide
Data How To Create Folder Management By clicking on the Create Folder button right below the top bar, you have the ability to create new 5.2 Private Folders and well as folders that are Shared Securely. ncrypted Cloud: Cloud Web Portal User Guide
Data How To Upload Files Management When you click on the Upload Files button, a pop- up window will appear and you can select the 5.3 files you wish to upload. After clicking Open, your files will be uploaded to your cloud. ncrypted Cloud: Cloud Web Portal User Guide

Trusted Sharing Overview 6.1 Trusted Sharing gives you the ability to securely share files with anyone through ncrypted Cloud s secure web browser. This means that the recipient is not required to have cloud storage or an ncrypted Cloud account to securely access this file. Here is a brief overview of how the Trusted Sharing Process works: 1. The sender right- clicks the folder he wishes to share and sets specific Trusted Sharing permissions. ncrypted Cloud: Cloud Web Portal User Guide
2. After the sender shares the folder, the recipient will receive this Trusted Share in the form of a link via email. Once the recipient clicks on the link, the ncrypted Cloud secure web portal will open and the recipient will be able to access the file. ncrypted Cloud: Cloud Web Portal User Guide
3. Once the recipient accesses the file, the sender will receive an email notifying them that the recipient has accessed the file/folder. This email will also contain a link manage the settings of the Trusted Share via the Share Management Page on the Cloud Web Portal. ncrypted Cloud: Cloud Web Portal User Guide
Once the link expires, the recipient will no longer have access to this Trusted Share. ncrypted Cloud: Cloud Web Portal User Guide
Trusted Sharing How To Securely Share Data with Anyone Using Trusted Sharing 6.2 To share this file using Trusted Sharing, right- click and select Trusted Sharing. Enter the email addresses of the people you wish to securely receive files from in first line and write an optional message. ncrypted Cloud: Cloud Web Portal User Guide
Set sharing permissions by selecting view, download, upload, or all. Watermark the file if you wish. For this demonstration, leave the require access code box unchecked since we went over that process in the previous example. Set a link expiration time and hit share. Once the recipient clicks on Access Folder, he will have access to all Medical Documents within this folder. Scroll over the file to reveal the Download button and click on the file name link to view. ncrypted Cloud: Cloud Web Portal User Guide

Trusted Sharing Receiving Files Securely Using Trusted Sharing 6.3 ncrypted Cloud gives you the ability to securely receive files from anyone, even those who do not have a cloud storage account or ncrypted Cloud installed. When you need patients to securely share files with you in a HIPAA Compliant manner, you can use ncrypted Cloud s Upload Feature in Trusted Sharing to do so. If you do not have a folder for these clients to drop files into already, you can click Create Folder to create a new one. ncrypted Cloud: Cloud Web Portal User Guide
This folder will now appear in your cloud. To share this folder using Trusted Sharing, right- click the folder and select Trusted Sharing. ncrypted Cloud: Cloud Web Portal User Guide
Enter the names of the clients you wish to securely receive files from in first line and write an optional message. To enable the upload only option, check the box next to Upload in addition to View and Download. ncrypted Cloud: Cloud Web Portal User Guide
Once you hit share, the recipient will receive this email. Once the recipient clicks Access Folder, the folder will be accessible through ncrypted Cloud s secure web portal. ncrypted Cloud: Cloud Web Portal User Guide
To upload files into this folder, click Upload File and select the files you wish to upload. Once these files are uploaded, they will appear in this folder. You will receive an email from ncrypted Cloud notifying you of this change. ncrypted Cloud: Cloud Web Portal User Guide
You can now access these files right on the secure web portal, or download them securely onto your computer. ncrypted Cloud: Cloud Web Portal User Guide
7 Auditing
Auditing Overview 7.1 You can access the auditing page directly from your top bar. On the auditing page, you can see what data was accessed, when, by whom, on what device, and what actions were performed. ncrypted Cloud: Cloud Web Portal User Guide
8 Notifications
Notifications Overview 8.1 The notifications tab can be accessed in the top bar. When you have a new notification, a red bubble with a number inside will indicate that you have a notification that needs attention. The Requested Access tab is the first page you will see on the notifications page. Here, you will see a list of key requests that you can approve or reject right on the page. Notifications Trusted Share 8.2 The Trusted Share tab in the notifications section displays your Trusted Share activity. You can see what file or folder was Trusted Shared, who the recipient is, when it was sent, when it expires, and whether or not it was accessed. You also have the ability to disable access to trusted shares right on this page by clicking on the red Disable button next to the Trusted Share ncrypted Cloud: Cloud Web Portal User Guide
Notifications Messages 8.3 The Messages tab gives you the ability to view all of the emails you have received from ncrypted Cloud. This may include emails regarding Trusted Shares, PIN Codes, and file/folder notifications. ncrypted Cloud: Cloud Web Portal User Guide
