What kind of aid is available? The state provides a dollar amount for each Bright Futures level to be applied to private institutions. Each student also receives the Florida Resident Access Grant (FRAG) that can be applied to their costs. Florida residency All full-time undergraduate students who meet the Florida residency requirements are eligible to receive the Florida Student Assistance Grant (FSAG). This grant is a need-based grant. Pre-paid Savings Additionally, families can use their pre-paid college fund savings towards tuition at a private school. There are many other scholarship and grant opportunities unique to each PCUF institution. All Private Colleges in this presentation require FAFSA for need based aid.
