Responsibility collecting information for HIV/AIDS, identification of venerable groups and their locations, conducting HIV/AIDS programs among the venerable groups Served as resource person to training program in community based rehabilitation (CBR) and provided services in rural communities through training to the Oversees Volunteers (VSO). Responsibility Running community based rehabilitation centers, training and empowering local NGOs/ Community based organizations in an around Gondar, Ethiopia. Served as rural community mobilizer on promotion of healthy behavior in general and HIV/AIDS in particular in collaboration with Peace Corps USA HIV/AIDS prevention and control office (HAPCO) and Organization for Social services for AIDS (OSSA). Responsibility Running HIV/AIDS awareness programmes, measuring and Evaluating Programs, Developing questionnaire and collecting data and report writing. Developed Sociological Intervention Package (SIP), which was appreciated and latter, published in article form. Developed a program for safer sex practices of risk cases prone to HIV, in Varanasi Urban, also this published in reputed journal. Mile- stone across professional journey Several times, I have been proved a special teacher throughout the career who could work in a meager situation sometimes with no efficient teaching resources, handled the situation efficiently and contributed in establishing the educational setup. I taught and efficiently mentored over 25 students who were inefficient and incompatible to study, for them I developed a special teaching program and methods and obtained the required result. I have been always instrumental in innovation and tailoring the teaching methods which can easily be assimilated and adopted by the student with a variety of skills.
