Thinking of selling your heavy machinery? Read further to learn how J.J. Scheckel Heavy Equipment Corporation can help you get the most money for your equipment!

PA Dear Customer, If we first ensure our customer s success, our own success will surely follow. Josh Scheckel As the founder and president of J.J. Scheckel Corporation, I am very proud of how far we have come in the past 12 years. We have built a business with a solid foundation and a team of great employees. I started this business with two thousand dollars and a strong belief that I could make it. Growing up as a kid I saw first-hand what it takes, and how hard it is, to make it in the earth-moving business. I saw my dad work night and day to make his construction company a success. I saw the commitment it took as he worked on the road for weeks and months away from his family and his home. I saw my dad stay awake all night bidding jobs. I saw what it took to work with old equipment and the maintenance and repair it took to keep it going, you learned to fix everything yourself and couldn t afford to have the dealer do it. I saw and felt how proud we were when we could finally afford newer, more reliable machines. I learned every day how to keep pushing forward despite how hard it seemed. I was taught how important efficiency is, I was drilled on the correct and most efficient way to move dirt, and a business. Lunch break was 30 minutes, not 31, you ran to exactly noon, and quit not a minute earlier, at 12:30 you were back working. We started work at 6:00 a.m., not a minute later, that is just how it was, you were efficient, or you just didn t work for my dad, family or not, it didn t matter. I myself sat on machines in the heat and dust for 14 hour days, I operated machines, I serviced machines, hauled machines, and witnessed all the blood, sweat, and tears it took not only on the equipment side, but the business side as well. Machinery has been the center of my life for my entire life. My upbringing in the construction industry gave me the tools I needed to run my own business with great success. One of the most important ingredients in J.J. Scheckel Corp. is our attitude. Every single employee within our organization understands that our past, present, and future depends on our ability to continually help our customers. Rest assured every employee of our company also respects how hard the construction business is, we understand our customer s business, we respect them no matter how big or small they may be. We respect their equipment, no matter how new or old it may be. We have our hand out to help our customers in anyway we can. We all have the attitude that we are here for one reason only, that is to help our customers. Whether it be through equipment sales, service, rental, remarketing, or any other service we provide, we will continue to grow our business by offering our customers solutions that work, solutions that provide true value, and efficiency, we will continue to try our hardest and we will not forget our heritage. R SE R Thank you, Josh Scheckel Owner, J.J. Scheckel Corp. 21582 Hwy 62 Bellevue, IA 52031 563.872.4112 J.J. Scheckel Corp. 3

Scheckel should already-inspected equipment be altered or modified in any way which might affect the accuracy of the inspection report; J.J. Scheckel reserves the right to access a reinspection fee based on the direct cost to reinspect the equipment. Post Sale Delay Penalty Fee A penalty fee will be accessed if for any reason there is a delay in the release of the equipment after J.J. Scheckel has notified and funded the seller. At the completion of the transaction the seller must make available the contracted equipment in ready condition from that day on, without use to such equipment, until the buyer is ready for pick up. If the seller does not have the contracted machine ready as outlined, the seller is responsible for all costs associated, including but not limited to: transportation cancellation, rescheduling, transportation delay, hourly waiting charge, etc. These additional expenses will be billed directly to the seller. Seller Default Penalty Fee A penalty fee equivalent to 25% of the contracted target price for the equipment, as well as any additional charges deemed necessary and reasonable by J.J. PARTS Eliminate your risk! We will sell your machinery at the target price in the target time or it costs you nothing. Contracts and Inspection Initial meeting and contract signing J.J. Scheckel will assign an individual sales rep to take care of your every need on the remarketing of your machinery; we strive for long-term repeat customers. To get started the first meeting will be 100% confidential and you are under no obligation to sell or do business with us. We are here RENTAL if you need us, but under no circumstances will we apply any pressure on you to make a decision. We operate, as we always have, under a no pressure sales process. In the initial meeting your sales rep will explain the details of the contract and the terms and conditions we both will work under. Your sales rep will also work with you on coming up with the best target price for your equipment. Any other questions you may have you may direct toward your sales rep at this time. We would be more than happy to set up additional meetings at your convenience. Your sales rep may leave you with information about our company, our sales system, etc. When you re ready to sign a contract to do business with us, we ll be there for you. The Inspection Process Take advantage or our detailed, custom, standardized inspection process to bring the very highest prices for your equipment. Our inspections are accurate and fair, (we call things as we see it) with the best description of your equipment in its asis form. The purpose of the inspection reports are to give potential buyers a high degree of confidence in the machines they are buying. The inspection reports are represented and performed by J.J. Scheckel, and we are a company that stresses trust and integrity in its dealings. Inspections are performed at the location of your choice, be it a job site, in the field, or at your facility. Typical inspections can take 2 hours per machine. The inspector takes up to 100 pictures to document every part of your equipment, and we also perform limited function tests, and may pull oil samples if deemed necessary. In certain cases we might go as far as to perform full TA2 reports on the components within your equipment. Tips for the Inspection: If you want your machinery to look its very best, here are some tips to perform before we arrive to do the inspection. 1) Place the equipment in an open area where there are no obstructions or obstacles nearby. This allows our inspector to get 360 degree pictures of your machinery. It also allows the inspector to perform limited function tests without obstructions. The quality of the pictures we obtain is critical to the selling and interest we receive on your item; closely parked equipment, or equipment in weeds for example, result in poor quality pictures and therefore minimize the chance of obtaining the very top dollar for your machinery. 2) Remove any dirt and debris from the equipment prior to the inspection. If you have the means pressure wash the equipment. Clean equipment is more attractive to potential buyers and also shows your pride of ownership. 3) To obtain the very highest selling price for your machinery make copies of any and all maintenance related documentation you may have available for the equipment. Our reputable buyers have come to expect this documentation, and will pay premiums for equipment with good history. 4) If you have any known problems with your equipment please fix what you can before the inspection, the inspection report has to reflect the equipment s condition on that very day. If its something you can t or don t want to fix that is fine, but please be sure to fully disclose any known problems with your sales rep prior to contract signing. We rely on the sellers we represent to be 100% honest and open on disclosure issues, as we operate with those very same qualities with our buyers. From time to time things happen where nobody found a major problem, but as we wish to only work with serious and reputable sellers, full honesty is the only way. If you have any additional questions, please call a sales rep today at 563.872.4112. 6 J.J. Scheckel Corp.

PARTS Advantages When you compare the advantages, no other method comes close. Equipment stays in your possession - Unlike traditional auctions, the equipment stays in your possession, there is no transport costs, there is no hidden preparation costs, RENTAL there is no risk. And unlike internet based auctions, you will receive the funding for your equipment before the machine leaves your possession. You determine the price - You determine the final sales price; we don t believe it is fair or in the best interest of the seller to sign a contract with any company that states you have to sell your machine, absolute, regardless of the price. Doing so is nothing short of high stakes gambling. While that practise is what speculative buyers prefer due to the good chance of a bargain for them, and works fine if you have machinery with problems or are selling something that you don t want to be associated with, if you want true market value that reflects the condition and the special care and maintenance your machinery has had you deserve and will command a higher price for your machinery. You won t get lost in the crowd with us. Higher selling price - As stated earlier, our company operates on honesty and integrity, while we wish only to work with sellers who have the same theory. We leverage our reputation, customer base, marketing, and worldwide exposure to secure higher prices for our sellers. We do this by offering buyers detailed inspection reports along with any service/ maintenance history or oil samples you may have to go along with your equipment; those value-added attributes get overlooked at traditional auctions. Being able to track a machine s history and previous care allows us to draw upon firstclass buyers that acknowledge and appreciate the extra information when making purchasing decisions. Guaranteed and secure funds - J.J. Scheckel collects funds from buyers in one form only, by collecting funds in U.S. Certified Bank Wire; there is no chance of bouncing checks, stop payments, fraudulent cashiers checks, or any other fraudulent activities. When bank-wired funds hit our J.J. Scheckel Trust Account there is no chance of recall. We then fund our sellers in the same manner. Qualified tax exchange - J.J. Scheckel can facilitate your machinery sales and take advantage of the IRS 1031 Tax Exchange program. This program is quite detailed and can alleviate capital gains tax if your planning on repurchasing like kind equipment. In doing these exchanges, J.J. Scheckel works with the nation s preferred company, Accruit, the leading provider of exchanges for construction equipment. Presale services - While not required, J.J. Scheckel is here if you would like assistance readying your machinery for sale, with a 25,000 sq. ft. shop we can sandblast, paint, detail, or perform any mechanical repair to your equipment prior to listing for sale. We can also utilize our secure lot space to help potential buyers inspect your machinery. Lower cost to sell - Higher selling prices realized, no hassle, no risk, no transport costs, no mandatory painting and detailing costs, we provide the overall lowest cost to sell. When taking into consideration our advantages compared to other remarketing services or trading in your equipment to a dealer, you will see our value. We look forward to working with you.
