International collaboration and positions of trust in society have produced opportunities to work in close liaison with public agencies such as Ministry of Education and Culture, Ministry of Social Affairs and Health and Arts Promotion Centre Finland. Further, such collaboration has produced the first postgraduate diploma programme on artistic interventions (30 ECTS credits) that was lauched first in Europe in 2014 by the University of the Arts Helsinki. The programme produces specialised artists to work as creative facilitators in processes of organisation and innovation development. The societal impact of the programme is two-fold: first, it flags up new professional career opportunities for artists; second, it produces specially trained creative talents to generate value from the arts for organisations. Furthermore, the collaboration has produced the International Summer School Third:Space for Learning on Artists and Organisations, which University of the Arts Helsinki launched in collaboration with Artlab, Copenhagen Business School, Lappeenranta University of Technology, University of Chester and University of the Arts London in Copenhagen in August 2014. In addition, the collaboration has produced frequent invitations to address topics such as artsand culture-based services of well-being, the value of arts-based creativity for organisations, and the changing role of the artist in society. Recent presentations include, for example: 11.3.2015. Invited keynote: "Taiteelliset interventiot työn, innovaatioiden ja hyvinvoinnin kehittämisessä" (Artistic interventions in the development of work, innovations and well-being). Work Goes Happy event. Helsinki, Finland. 5.3.2015. Invited keynote: "Taiteelliset interventiot organisaatioihin" (Artistic interventions into organisations). A piece of research that was undertaken 2006-2007 in collaboration with Cupore Society for Cultural Policy Research in Finland led to the development of continuing education in the arts in collaboration between Theatre Academy Helsinki, Sibelius-Academy, Academy of Fine Arts, Aalto University and University of Lapland. Subsequently, the process has had an impact on the restructuring of adult education at the University of the Arts Helsinki. 12.
