Hanzarail Context Call for tender end of May 2008 (including requirement specifications and operating principles) Tender Design process during 5 months led to a refined specification dossier based on Change Requests issued by the suppliers. Negotiation phase from Jan to April 2009; update of specification dossier based on signalling specialist meetings (e.g. finalisation of entrance in level 2 principles).
