AUDI PRODUCT PLANNING & MARKETING ANALYST HERNDON, VA The purpose of this role is to provide a recent graduate with exposure to both the Brand marketing and Product Planning areas within Audi of America. In Audi Marketing, the analyst will be directly involved in implementing new scientific approaches in media planning, in order to maximize our media impact on increasing ROI. This Graduate Analyst will be instrumental to launching, implementing, learning, refining, and championing this new science to media planning. In addition to supporting new media science initiatives, the Graduate Analyst will have the opportunity to gain exposure and support Brand Marketing, Social Media, and Marketing Insights areas. In the Product Planning rotations, the Analyst will fulfill a broad-based product planning role covering short through long range strategy and tactical program development. Responsibilities include overall new vehicle planning for segment/customer opportunities, cross carline technology/feature analysis and deployment, government compliance management, special packaging development and offer structure optimization (contents, pricing). The Graduate Analyst in this role will develop a broad skill set in marketing and product planning that will position them for a variety of short and long-term career opportunities within Marketing and Product Planning. Examples of work assigned to this position: Lead implementation of new media science tools and make recommendations for media plans. Cascade key findings and initiatives throughout the Marketing team and management. Lead and support KPI s/metrics reporting efforts to uncover Marketing insights. Assist with both digital and traditional campaign creative production, execution, and process. Interface with key Agency partners to facilitate campaign planning and execution. AUDI REGION & CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE ANALYST ALPHARETTA, GA AND HERNDON, VA This purpose of this role is to provide a recent graduate an opportunity to experience two separate areas critical to the business at Audi of America (AoA). First, the Analyst will develop an understanding of region sales operations through hands-on experience in the day-to-day operations of a region office, analyzing key metrics for sales managers & dealerships, and leading innovative projects to help drive sales and improve the customer experience. The Graduate Analyst will then relocate to our headquarters in Herndon, VA to experience the corporate customer experience function. The individual will learn how Audi inspires customer delight by constantly collecting customer feedback, enhancing the dealership experience, and working with region teams to improve processes. Through this opportunity, the Graduate Analyst will learn many aspects of the business as well as have an opportunity to lead projects that will drive Audi of America s success. Examples of work assigned to this position: Support region staff by conducting and reporting weekly/monthly sales analyses Assist in incentive program development, communication, tracking, and field support/follow-up. Gain marketing experience through development of Dealer Advertising Group (DAG) advertising plans, support of DAG meeting presentations, and bi-monthly special offers development. Collaborate with region staff and dealers on the communication & implementation of national marketing plans Assist with the development of dealer point of purchase materials. Support the region on key customer satisfaction initiatives. Provide analysis of customer satisfaction performance data to identify areas of opportunity. AUDI REGION & SALES OPERATIONS ANALYST WOODCLIFF LAKE, NJ AND HERNDON, VA This Graduate Analyst role is a unique opportunity to experience both region and corporate sales operations within Audi of America. First, the Analyst will develop an understanding of region sales operations through hands-on experience in the day-to-day operations of a region office by analyzing key metrics for sales managers & dealerships, and supporting various departments in key initiatives. The Graduate Analyst will then relocate to our headquarters in Herndon, VA to experience the corporate sales operations organization where they will work within network operations, sales operations, & sales planning/distribution. This role will allow the analyst to develop well-rounded automotive experience in preparation for a wide range of corporate and field careers. Examples of the work assigned to this position: Support the Region with sophisticated sales, inventory, and wholesale analysis. Prepare presentations for internal and dealer meetings. Travel with and support the Area Sales Manager during dealership visits and business reviews with the Sales Manager and General Manager at the dealership. Support the region in analyzing various types of data related to the After Sales business, including: parts & accessories sales, customer satisfaction metrics, service department days wait, & loaner car utilization. Assist in identifying opportunities for improvement in dealer service departments based on analyses. Support Region Marketing Manager in the coordination and logistics of marketing events taking place in the region. Gain an understanding of the Dealer Ad Groups (DAGs) and provide appropriate support. Support the Regional Marketing Manager with purchasing and budget management. AUDI STRATEGY & AFTER SALES ANALYST HERNDON, VA The Graduate Analyst in Audi Strategy & After Sales will have an opportunity to experience and support the development of long-term strategy as well as support the operational execution of that strategy at the dealer level. Within Audi strategy, the Graduate Analyst will play a role in Strategic Planning, Strategy Implementation, and the Audi Academy. This set of rotations offer an exciting opportunity to apply leadership skills and advanced insights to help shape future strategy and understand the infrastructure & training required to implement that strategy. Within the After Sales Service Operations department, the Graduate Analyst will have the opportunity to work on various initiatives to increase dealer service department productivity in preparation for future growth by ensuring proper service facility sizing and growing penetration of key After Sales programs. Examples of the work assigned to this position: Conduct Industry Analysis, Competitive Intelligence, US Macrotrends and Economics analysis and ad-hoc research to help inform continuous evaluation of AoA US Strategy. Communicate research findings across AoA and provide consultation in these areas. Support the evolution and improvement of AoA Corporate Strategy (Strategy 2020) to proactively address findings from new analytics and market intelligence. Utilize advanced analytics, market insight and independent development of predictive forecasting models, simulations and scenarios for the development of the 10 year long-term forecast. Acquire in-depth knowledge of AoA s processes through process identification and gap analysis, modeling, process innovation and redesign, and business optimization concepts. Gain insight into business tools, developed to control and manage organizational performance by supporting network and dealership performance tracking and reporting. Support vehicle launch planning, preparation and execution. Support capacity planning efforts to proactively prepare for the growing training needs of the dealer network. Support Academy team on a wide range of needs and gap analysis to identify opportunities to increase training effectiveness for dealer employee and internal associates. Measure, evaluate and improve the effectiveness of existing training efforts and programs. Support the Service Operations area in a variety of special projects that will drive the After Sales business. Work with corporate and field teams to Analyze Service Department Productivity at various dealerships. AUDI VEHICLE SALES OPERATIONS ANALYST WOODLAND HILLS, CA AND HERNDON, VA This role will provide the Graduate Analyst an opportunity to gain experience with the Audi of America Operations group, supporting the AoA Digital Retail Operations and Vehicle Sales teams. The individual will be exposed to a variety of disciplines within Audi of America, with an opportunity to work in the Western Region Office as well as the Corporate Headquarters in Herndon, VA. In the Region Office, the analyst will work alongside members of various functional teams, including: Operations, Marketing, and Network Improvement/Development. This role will also be responsible for conducting various analyses, reporting, and will be required to communicate regularly with the field teams. In the Corporate rotation, the Graduate Analyst will work within the Vehicle Sales team, which is responsible for the development and implementation of all new vehicle and pre-owned vehicle sales strategies. The Analyst will contribute to achievement of Audi of America s ambition to be the leading premium brand through various projects in digital retail operations, new vehicle sales, and pre-owned sales. Examples of the work assigned to this position: Develop an understanding of Audi-specific business from a field operations perspective. Assist in planning marketing events and managing the marketing vehicle pool. Support the development of materials for meetings with Dealer groups to assess marketing opportunities in the region. Participate in the shaping and approval of creative work, media impact analysis, and lead generation at the regional level. Support the integration and national rollout of dynamic software tools to enable Audi dealers to quickly, transparently, and profitably transact with customers. Collaborate with Audi Financial Services and Vehicles Sales to integrate the necessary financial, customer, incentive, and website data to enable a seamless transaction process. Assess competitive in-store digital offerings, establish industry best practices, and develop optimization recommendations to ensure the Audi offering is best-in-class. Measure the impact of the digital transaction process on efficiency, profitability, and customer sales satisfaction. Analyze, report, and understand key operational performance metrics of national, regional, and market level new vehicle retail incentive programs. Analyze, report, and understand key operational performance metrics of national, regional, and market level Certified pre-owned (CPO) incentive programs. Benchmark competitive premium brands in the areas of CPO owned program benefits, CPO warranty coverage, CPO incentives, CPO marketing, and off-lease remarketing. 7

BENTLEY OPERATIONS ANALYST HERNDON, VA This role will offer the Graduate Analyst the unique opportunity of experiencing all departments within this luxury automotive organization, providing the opportunity to learn the full scope of Bentley Motors, Inc. The role will be introduced to the daily operations of Bentley Motors, with rotations within the Sales Operations, Aftersales, PR & Communications and Marketing departments. Direct responsibilities for this role will include a balance of ongoing tasks and self-directed projects, varying from rotation to rotation, working with all levels within Bentley Motors, Inc., Bentley Motors Ltd and Volkswagen Group of America. Examples of the work assigned to this position: Analyze the ability of tactical campaigns to achieve their objectives and their impact on customer/product purchasing patterns. Assist in planning and executing Regional Dealer meetings. Learn the distribution process and the role distribution plays in the overall success of the company. Build strong positive working relationships with dealers and regional team. Provide ad-hoc data analysis and interpretation to assist the sales organization. Provide CEM objective tracking support to the Regions and Dealers. Review paint and body program with a view to implement strategic changes to maximize profitability. Provide parts and accessories objective tracking support to the Regions and Dealers. Liaise with Bentley Motors Ltd to increase local sourcing for consumables, i.e. oil, batteries, etc. Develop tracking system for customer care spend and analyze trends in customer concerns. Assist with the improvement of the Parts and Accessories sales promotions and incentives. Assist in the strategic development of the annual PR & Communications plan and support the activation of the key events and programs. Manage the day-to-day maintenance of the Bentley media database, monitor and evaluate Bentley s media coverage and conduct analysis of the Prime Research media reporting. Support the PR Manager to evaluate the usage of the Bentley Press Fleet and submit recommendations for improvements to the program. Attend and support various media events including, but not limited to, motorshows and lifestyle media programs. Work with Marketing Department stakeholders to identify reporting and data analysis needs including, but not limited to CRM activity, Post-event KPI s and ROI, Ad Campaign KPI s and Web Analytics. Analyze brand performance, brand competitiveness, and product trends in the marketplace. Assist in development of product marketing strategies based on research and analysis. Assist in development of integrated communications strategy that effectively promotes Bentley Motors and its products including advertising, email marketing, product brochures, point of sale materials, event materials, social media and direct mail. 8

VW REGION OPERATIONS ANALYST MIDWEST REGION ROSEMONT, IL The Graduate Region Operations Analyst will have the opportunity to experience regional/field functions of the Volkswagen brand. This position is based out of the Midwest regional office and will support the region in a wide range of tasks and projects that support our dealers and help sell cars to our customers. In this role, the graduate will gain knowledge of the automotive business by rotating through different regional departments including New Vehicle Sales, Distribution, CPO Sales, Marketing, Network Development, Fixed Operations, & Field Sales Operations. This Graduate Analyst will gain a deep understanding of the primary facets of the business that drive vehicle sales through extensive interactions across the company and with our dealer body. Through this experience, the individual will be prepared to take on key roles that help drive the accelerated growth plan of the Volkswagen Brand and position themselves to be a future leader within the organization. Examples of the work assigned to this position: Support monthly allocation and distribution process. Support ad-hoc analysis of monthly sales, inventory, and production. Assist in determining the most effective incentives to optimize inventory levels, turn rates, and profitability. Develop an understanding of the CPO/used vehicle business. This position is based out of the Southeast regional office and will support the region in a wide range of tasks and projects that support our dealers and help sell cars to our customers. In this role, the Graduate will rotate through three key business operations: Sales and Distribution, Marketing, and Network Development. In Sales and Distribution, the Graduate will develop an understanding of the allocation/distribution process, and the sales and incentives strategy. This individual will assist in performing various analysis and reporting to support VCI s funding programs, financial reporting and perform internal controls procedures. They will also take a primary role in the research of new accounting standards and preparation of accounting policy documentation.
