This experience enables us to deliver the highest level of services possible in the development of complex projects that require different technologies, high level design and strong creativity. We are organised in a way that provides maximum support. We are able to work outside of normal office hours, during weekends and bank holidays for urgent work. Our involvement is centred around continuous and detailed reports that guarantee maximum safety of the highest professional standards. 01
What it means Outsourcing? In business, the term Outsourcing is the contracting out of a business process to a third-party. It means working with another agency for technical support, design, development or consulting for a project, then another trusted agency is delegated to carry out the project, or multiple projects, for which you need external support. This does not mean leaving a business alone to do the all work, but working together to achieve a common goal, the leadership and responsibility of the project remains with the main agency (the owner) as well as the contracts with the client. 02

We are ready to start as soon as we receive the materials required for the development of the project and together we ensure that everything is Ok. The team starts to work and produce materials which are shown to you, keeping you updated on the process at all times, allowing you to have full control of the project. But we do not require you to give additional support, leaving you free to deal with your other projects. Once the project is completed we deliver it to you along with all the constructive files needed, which you hand over to your client (or for your own use). However, we still remain at your service if you need additional modifications or support. 03
Work process Do you have any questions about how to stay in touch during the production process? Do not worry, here s how: We remain in constant touch using Skype. A dedicated member of our team will always be available for support. We send you communications and materials via email, keeping you updated. We have a client area through which you can easily upload or download material, including large files. We arrange meetings at your offices to communicate with your staff. 04

FAQ I m interested in Outsourcing development, but I do not want to risk losing the control or credits of my project. The control of the project will always be yours, you are free to decide which approach to follow and make the necessary decisions. The credit will always be yours and we do not publicly show your project to anyone. I would like to collaborate, but I m afraid that Veesion can directly contact my client and I lose my business. No problem, we have a legal contract that we sign before starting the project and we are obligated to never contact your customer. For us, our business is you not your client and this would go against our interests. I m afraid to encounter increased costs in case I ask for changes or if the project takes longer than expected. Don t worry, together we will decide what the costs are at the start of the project and this includes any standard changes or a few extra days work. No surprise charges! My Web project is very complex and we do not have an appropriate Server structure to host the project. Veesion has a dedicated Server structure based in Europe which we can provide. We guarantee our partners the highest quality possible at competitive prices, and of course full technical support. How do I pay for VEESIONS services? Usually we ask for a small upfront payment this is often used to cover start-up costs) with the remainder of the fee being balanced with a classic 30 days payment from invoicing.
