Winner of 12 CASF Awards Quality Construction Many companies speak of their quality work and guarantee quality craftsmanship on their projects. However, few companies can back up their claims of quality craftsmanship with a proven track record like we can. Miller Construction has been participating in the Construction Association of South Florida s CASF Award Program since 1990. The craftsmen working on our projects have received 372 CASF Craftsmanship Awards, an impressive 27% of all awards given to date.
