This position has resulted to that many organizations revise their own business priorities and strategic viewpoints and set their ownemphasis on compatibilityto changes business environment and replying customer s needs. This study has been done in the goal investigation the relationship between agility abilities organization and social responsibility in the private banks (Keshavarzi, Maskan, and San at-ma dan), Sanandaj city, on the base measures correlation and regression coefficients at 2014. Materials and Methods: this research is a field-survey study. The information has been collected by field and library method and benefiting the MBA theses related to organization agility, direct referring to the researched bank branches and the set measures which are used to evaluate social agility and social responsibility, and on the base method Pearson s correlation coefficient and linear regression model, by SPSS version15, it has evaluated organization agility and social responsibility in the private banks SanandajCity. Findings: the collected information in two groups agility abilities organization (fastness, flexibility, competency, responsibility) and social responsibility (economical, legal, moral, precautionary)denotes the correlation between these two variables, thus correlation coefficient has been identifiedbetween two variables and the banks which have complete direct coefficient. Conversation and Conclusion: regarding the previous studies, there is a meaningful and direct relationship between ability, fastness, competency, flexibility and responsibility with social responsibility which is an important factor for people's output in the banks, governmental and private institutions.in this research, agility abilities have also a significant role to determine output private banks.based on the results, it can resulted that there is a weak correlation between agility abilities organizationand social responsibility, and the branches managers must afford to enhance these abilities among personnel. Since agility is a new concept which increases responsibility and competiveness

companies, they can define it as ability, survival and development in the competitive environment that,on the base customer demand, it reacts to the changing markets quickly and effectively. Agility subject isn t thing which can be considered only for private sector.application agility in the private sector can also be an appropriate field to grow and develop this concept.of course some people believe that regarding lack competition and fastness in the private sector and, in one word, lack dynamically and operatively in the work environment, in practice, explanation agility in this sector is meaningless and irrelevant. But we believe that governmental sector, due to intensity their own clients and also more need to removing their requirements and demands and in the direction development and enhancement in the fields fastness and quality and more important than all, cost, it needs agility more than private sector. Zhao Feng in himself thesis, under topic "The effect marketing intelligence and flexibility substructure information technology on the competitive advantage: a perspective organizational agility", proceed to study available effects among the variables.the results showed that due to the effects marketing intelligence and flexibility information technology, organizational agility lightly affects the competitive advantage organization. Chris Skinner and Gary Mersham, in a study with topic "Social responsibility in Southern Africa"reached to these results that rate participation public sector in social responsibility is explainer lack growing competition in this field.they also found out that in this country, social responsibility focuses on the pollutions related to energy sector.ravichandran performed a research under topic "Competition information technology, power creativity and organizational agility and the effects environmental factors on their performance intensity".in this research, it was resulted that in the companies, innovation has a direct relationship with organization agility and, agility also has positive effects on the organizations performance.in Iran, during a study by Salavati and his coworkers, a subject under topic "Organizational agility and competitive intelligence in the private and public banks Sanandaj city", they resulted that there is a meaninhgful relationship between organizational intelligence and its dimansions and competitive intelligence in the studied banks.and alsoduring a research under topic "Study the relatioinship between social responsibility organization and its agility abilities in the supervision and branches Saderat, Melli, Keshavarzi, Mellat and Maskan banks Khoramabad City", Samadi and his coworkes reached to this result that there is a meaninhgful and direct relationship between organizational agility and social responsibility.and also, Rahmani in a study under topic "Study the relationship between accepting organizational technology and agility from the viewpoints master managers governmental organizations on Hamadan Province" reached to this important matter that increment agility level is dependent to increment technology level in governmental sector and the key this increment is in optimization use technology and institutionalization positive subjective norms to apply technology for the managers.in this study, by using statistical analysis methods with topic Pearson's correlation coefficient, linear regression model, and by SPSS 15 stware, it is proceeded to investigate the relationship between abilities organizational agility and social responsibility in the private banks Sanandaj at 2014. Materials and Methods: this study is among field-survey studies. The studied society is all branches private banks (Keshavarzi, Maskan, and San at-ma dan) SanandajCity.Its 82

information has been collected by two methods: field and library.the used information has gathered by two questionnaires (social responsibility in the format economical, legal, moral and precautionary dimensions and agility abilities organization in the format abilities fastness, competency, responsibility and flexibility). This information has been gathered through direct reference to the branches banks.the used model in this research is Denison's model.the reason to use mentioned model is that its modernity Denison's model relative to the introduced models, behavior-orientation base this model, and also completeness this model in the aspect measures evaluation and measurement social responsibility are among the reasons to choose this model.the ability to use Denison'smodel at all the organizational levels is another property this model.meanwhile in recent years, this model has been utilized by institutions management counsel such as Institute for Supply Management (ISM) to evaluate the social responsibility organizations, companies, and organizations extensively. Findings: the collected information was obtained from questionnaire distributed among personnel studied banks which has studied the effect demographic variables (sex, age, service history, organizational position and education level) on the independent variables (organization agility) and dependent one (social responsibility). In order to improve flexibility ability, they must pay attention to the flexibility in provided services volume and also use systems flexible services in their own organization structure. Zhao Feng Chen in himself thesis under topic The effect marketing intelligence and flexibility information technology substructure on competitive advantage: a perspective organizational agility, has proceeded to study the present effects among variables. The results showed that due to the effects marketing intelligence and flexibility information technology substructures, organizational agility affects lightly on competitive advantage.for improving fastness ability, the banks must double attempt to do 84

referrers affairs in the possible least time and avoid wasting their time in the bank units.during a study by Samadi and his workers with topic "Study the relationship between social responsibility organization and its agility abilities in the supervision and branches Keshavarzi, Mellat and Maskan Banks Khorramabad Township", they reached to this result that there is a meaningful and direct relationship between agility ability organization and social responsibility. These factors were determined as limitations after performing study.one the research limits was lack enough history in the topic this research in the dimension organization agility.because most the researches performed in this field inside country have proceeded to study agility in the productive organizations and agility supply chainand they have less focused on governmental and private organization that this matter made difficult comparison between the results obtained from research and results past researches.on the other hand, being young social responsibility in management Iranian organizations faced the researcher to difficulties in the field gathering research literature.although in this research, the researcher as far as possible has attempted to use a questionnaire with provided modelsby theorizers research concept and also according to studied business space, but also regarding whole data has been self-reportorial studied by personnel the studied banks, in practice it is expected that most the personnel to proceed to evaluate the variables this study in order to expose positively their own organization. Therefore the general biased method is a considerable subject too.in spite accuracy to select sampling menu, it is possible that there is a difference between answerer s perceptions and actual level organization responsibility and also agility abilities organization. Also simultaneity getting information relative to organizational agility and social responsibility a group can affects the obtained results. The researcher s suggestions regarding subject importance for next researches are as follows: Study the reasons organizations need to acceptation social responsibility and agility. Provide a model suggested for studying agility situation in the organizations. Study the effect social responsibility variables on organizational performance.
