1 Identification and Prioritization of Knowledge Flow Barriers Based on Organizational Knowledge Management Cycle (OKMC) Hessam Zandhessami * Assistant Professor, Department of Industrial Management, Qazvin Islamic Azad University (QIAU), Qazvin, Iran [email protected] Maryam Haghighattalab Department of Management, Qazvin Islamic Azad University (QIAU A significant amount of work has been done to better understand the barriers to knowledge flow and models of knowledge management cycle; this was intended to help in assessing the progress of KM initiatives in the firm. Using organizational knowledge better and more effectively in an organized and well-managed way, along with its combination in the organization s culture would lead into a significant progress in organizations in terms of culture, social and economy. Although knowledge flow is invisible it works with any cooperative team, whether used it intentionally or not. It has been defined as a process of knowledge passing between people or knowledge processing mechanisms. The actors and tools of knowledge flow may become barriers if they are not handled properly. Temporal limitations, lack of staff motivation, and lack of incentives occur. In addition, lack of cross departmental cooperation, lack of absorptive capacity, hierarchical status, and physical distance are all obstacles to knowledge sharing. Therefore, recognizing the barriers of knowledge flow and efforts to remove them will lead into an easier knowledge flow trend. In this paper, through extracting recognized key barriers in resources, assimilation and localizing them in the country, we have tried to analyze their importance and occurrence probability based on knowledge management cycle including knowledge acquire, knowledge share, and knowledge application. Therefore one of the experts of municipality service organizations was used and experts judgment along with Multiple Attribute Decision Making techniques, especially TOPSIS techniques Algorithm, was used for the purpose of analysis. Finally, the most important barriers were found from the viewpoint of knowledge management and knowledge cycle steps.
2 The Effect of Customer Knowledge Management on the Willingness to Purchase on the Internet among the Students of Semnan University Morteza Maleki Min Bash Rezgah * Assistant Professor, Department of Economics, Management, Semnan University [email protected] Hossein Farsizadeh PhD student in International Marketing Management. Semnan University Hossein Baluochi PhD student in International Marketing Management, Semnan University Data envelopment analysis is the tool for computation in decision making units such as supply chain. Since the model of two-stage data envelopment analysis has more focused on supply chain processes in two levels; the evaluation in higher levels has been essential to obtain more accurate efficiency. This paper extends Wang & Chin (2010) model into three levels for evaluation the supply chain to show the importance of integration in the overall supply chain. The model is considered the extended two-stage DEA model of Koa and Hwang(2008) to variable returns to scale (VRS) assumption and the additive efficiency decomposition model of Chen (2009) generalized to taking into account the relative importance weights of two individual stages. The presented model is executed in numerical illustration and the results are analyzed in tables. 6 Investigating the Effect of Dimension of the Knowledge Economy on the Output Growth in Iran Nina Mirani * M.A in Economics, Faculty of Economics, Management and Business University of Tabriz, Tabriz, Iran [email protected] Saman Shikhesmaeili PhD Student in Business Management, Member of Young Researchers Club, Islamic Azad University, Sanandaj Branch, Sanandaj, Iran Vala Mirani PhD Student in Business Management, Member of Young Researchers Club, Islamic Azad University, Sanandaj Branch, Sanandaj, Iran In today's competitive environment, productivity growth and stabilizing economic fluctuations is the main macroeconomic objectives of each country. Using knowledge-based economy or knowledge-based indicators as one of the most important demand management tool can fulfill this important role to play. Thus, depending on the structure, relationships and economic conditions prevalent in the country, the role of knowledge and knowledge management are important in influencing the production of empirical studies carried out and the results confirmed that. Because in the new theories of economic growth, knowledge is not as an exogenous variable (in the economy), but it is the key economic sector. Knowledge is considered as the main capital and economic growth is rooted in the accumulation of knowledge as a source of knowledge accumulation technology, innovation and entrepreneurship. Hence, with regard to the Iran`s economy examine the effects of knowledge economy on output growth can be important. The main objective of this study was to investigate the effect of knowledge economy on output growth in the economy model that base on conventional economic growth. In terms of method time series study using data from the annual economy during the period of which the data was extracted from central Bank, the Role of knowledge Based Economy indicators including education and human resources, information and communication technology, capital and trade openness on output growth using econometric models of cointegration was tested. 7 Evaluation of Investment in Knowledge Management with Monte Carlo Fuzzy Simulation Method Mohammad Jafar Tarokh Faculty Member of Khajeh Nasir Toosi University of Technology (KNTU) Hossein Moinzad * PhD Student in Industrial Engineering, Faculty of Science and Research Islamic Azad University [email protected] : Knowledge Management System (KMS) is based on information technology (IT), which is created to support and improve creation, storage/restoring, transfer, and knowledge application processes. It can provide an organization with competitive advantages (staffs productivity improvement, better quality of the final product, production and labor cost saving). It can be an important tool in organizational process. Managers are familiar with such advantages; however, due to budget, uncertainties, or economic risk, they still hesitate about making decisions on KMS investment. Cost-benefit analysis of KMS investment is a necessary tool for evaluating attractiveness of KMS. Traditional cost-benefit analysis, which is always used in KMS and other investment evaluation of Enterprise Information System (EIS), gives value of money to all the non-monetary and largely intangible parameters. Therefore, these models strongly tend to tangible costs and benefits. The present article presents fuzzy rule-based system for relating tangible and intangible benefits for KMS investment. The fizzy part discusses intangible parameters. In addition, Monte Carlo Simulation Method is used for considering economic uncertainty in calculating the expected Net Present Value (NPV). Monte Carlo Simulation is an appropriate method for estimating important factors of KMS in financial outcome by randomization of value of each unclear variable and calculation of target value of investment model. This issue is considered by managers to evaluate whether KMS investment is feasible. Therefore, it is necessary to calculate cost and benefit of KMS investment accurately. Keywords: Knowledge Management System (KMS) Information Technology (IT) - Cost-Benefit Analysis - Monte Carlo Simulation - Net Present Value (NPV). 545 هجله هديريت صنعتي دانشکده علوم انساني دانشگاه آزاد اسالهي واحد سنندج- سال نهن / ويژه ناهه هديريت دانش / پاييس 2931
