SECTION 2: CIUDAD DE DIOS CAJAMARCA-CHIPLE, CAJAMARCA-TRUJILLO AND CHILETE DEVIATION - PE-3N JUNCTION Description of concession Modality Concession period Competetion factor Funding It includes sub-sections Ciudad de Dios Cajamarca-Chiple, Cajamarca -Trujillo and Chilete Deviation PE-3N Junction (870 km approximately) Co-financed Special Public Bidding 25 years. Low PAO (annual payment for works), PAMPI (annual payment for initial periodic maintenance) and PAMO (annual payment for maintenance and operation) Initially by the Concessionaire for the execution of the Works, Initial and Periodic Maintenance and Operation and Maintenance. Recovery by PAO, PAMPI and PAMO.

SECTION 2: CIUDAD DE DIOS CAJAMARCA-CHIPLE, CAJAMARCA-TRUJILLO AND CHILETE DEVIATION - PE-3N JUNCTION Guarantees It includes Guarantees of Validity Term and Seriousness of the Proposal, Contract Compliance as well as implementation of Initial Periodic Maintenance of Works. Strategic Partner The Strategic Partner will be the Operator, who must have and maintain a minimum share of thirty-five percent (35%) of the Concessionaire s subscribed capital. Project Award It will be granted if at least two (02) valid Economic Proposals are submitted. Toll units The existing (1) shall be delivered to the Concessionaire at the date of commencement of Operation.

SECTION 2: CIUDAD DE DIOS CAJAMARCA-CHIPLE, CAJAMARCA-TRUJILLO AND CHILETE DEVIATION - PE-3N JUNCTION The Grantor is running interventions in certain sub sections of the project and at the end thereof they will be delivered to the Concessionaire. The Grantor will define the sub sections that the Concessionaire will finally operate. The Grantor will deliver Engineering Definitive Studies for Rehabilitation and Improvement interventions that the Concessionaire will carry out. The Grantor will deliver Technical Files for Initial Periodical Maintenance interventions that the Concessionaire will carry out.

SECTION 2: CIUDAD DE DIOS CAJAMARCA-CHIPLE, CAJAMARCA-TRUJILLO AND CHILETE DEVIATION - PE-3N JUNCTION Short-listing Requirements Operation Is operating or has operated in the last ten (10) years, one or more paved road concessions totaling at least 100 kilometers, or is operating or has operated in the last five (5) years one or more paved road concessions totaling at least 50 kilometers, in both cases, for a minimum period of two (02) accumulated years. Financial Minimum net worth: to be determined, audited financial statements of the last 3 available years or similar documents. Reference letter issued by a Bank or International Financial Entity, according to the Bidding documents.

SECTION 2: CIUDAD DE DIOS CAJAMARCA-CHIPLE, CAJAMARCA-TRUJILLO AND CHILETE DEVIATION - PE-3N JUNCTION Short-listing Requirements Social Capital To be determined. No experience is necessary to prove the Constructor s experience to be declared as a Short-listed Bidder. Accreditation will be carried out from date of Project award until 30 Calendar Days after that date. Construction The Constructor must certify having carried out, in the past fifteen(15) years, at least 100 km, between "New Road Projects", "Rehabilitation", and "Improvement" works, being allowed to accumulate the length of both directions of the road, only in case of different lanes (highway). From this experience, at least 10% must correspond to work performed at heights at or above 2,400 masl.
