A rapid professional and economic growth has soon demanded a new organisational form: in 1991 we transformed into a private limited liability company (kft.) by brining GLT Delta Kft. into life, with Cserkúthy, László being the Managing Director as well as the sole shareholder of the company. After a short decade, in year 2000, we again adapted ourselves to the challenges of that period: we established several daughter companies being in close co-operation with one another, and by this time offering an opportunity for our sufficiently motivated, professional and efficiently working colleagues to acquire a share in these companies. The time that has passed since, has proved that our decision had been right. Both the co-operation among the companies and the aforementioned interestedness have favourably influenced our development. At the Pécs unit of GLT Delta Kft. In the forthcoming period, the daughter companies were transforming into independent companies that regularly act in concert with one another in professional questions. These new companies are: GLT Delta Kft., GLT Klíma Kft. and GLT Szigetvár Kft. The companies join their forces to adapt to the needs of the 21st century, within the frames of an agreement, providing the best of their expertise in the various fields of the trade, to serve our Customers interests in full measure. Geographical presence (registered office, places of business, local offices) Our registered office is located in Érd, while you can find our places of business in Pécs, Szigetvár, Dombóvár and Szombathely. In 1998 we decided to build up a quality management system in conformity with the relevant international standard: In 2000, our company met the requirements, and we became certified under international standard ISO 9001:1994 by TÜV Rheinland EUROQUA Kft. Our activities Our original scope of activities is in the field of building engineering installation works, drinking water supply and sewerage systems, central heating-, ventilationand gas-systems, as well as air-handling and air-conditioning systems. Due to the mobility of our specialist staff (each pair of assemblers has got their own car) we can perform building-mechanical mounting or installation work anywhere in the country, ranging from detached residential houses or apartments to large-scale investment projects. Our activities basically divide into the following two major areas: I. Activities in the building-engineering/hvac installation industry. II. Prefabrication and installation of automatic sprinkler fire-fighting equipment. In 1994, our company established relationships with the Austria-based KROBATH Group. From 1995 on, we have been in uninterrupted contractual relationship with KROBATH GT GmbH. The volume of our prefabrication and installation activities of sprinkler systems has grown and work has become continuous. n 4 GLT Delta Kft.
A few of our sprinkler jobs completed in year 2006 are shown among our reference works, with locations all over Austria. The majority of our sprinkler jobs in Hungary was related to major construction projects implemented in our neighbourhood in the past few years. These are also included in our reference list. In the majority of cases, we use our own experienced staff or qualified subcontractors to implement such activities. We lay an extremely great emphasis upon providing special training/education to our people, as the decisive component of future jobs will be a high-quality but costeffective working at the same time. Our prefabrication operations take place in our Szigetvár plant, where we utilize the experiences of the past more than ten years. There is an attribute that differentiates the pipeline systems we make from sprinkler systems produced by other companies in Hungary, and it is the following: we use a shotblasting machine installed in our plant to produce a metal clean surface of the pipeline systems we manufacture. Then we apply a priming and a covering paint coat over the surfaces. This technology ensures the required quality for a long time, and enables us to keep our quality promise we make to our Customers, as no corrosion problems are allowed even after several years when inspecting on site the systems we had installed. Thank to the experiences of our preparatory team, we are able to meet even highvolume orders within a short time. As regards the operations of our prefabrication plant, we emphasize methodical planning that reduces the needs for live labour force on the construction sites. On the spots of construction projects, a team of prepared assemblers with a lead assembler awaits for the arrival of the prefabricated pipeline system; after unloading, they immediately start the on-site installation work. Sprinkler centres are also prefabricated by our plant, and the units are assembled also on site. A well-prepared management team composed of 9 engineers, 4 technicians and 12 lead assemblers performs the preparation and the management of our jobs. Fixed assets in our property, such as: machine tools tools self-propelled hoists (4 pcs) scaffoldings (4 pcs) vehicles (34 pcs) containers (4 pcs) available in proper quantities and in proper conditions support our high-standard and efficient working.
