The International Program License Agreement (Z126-6006) is in each package. The License Information document GC27-4133 is in each package. The invoice should be used as Proof of Entitlement (PoE). Security, auditability, and control The announced program use the security and auditability features of the operating system. The security and auditability features brought forward from the application includes: Operator authorization and control managed by various server and client functions. Unique functions can be limited to specific terminals. Certain significant events are logged for audit purposes. The customer is responsible for evaluation, selection, and implementation of security features, administrative procedures, and appropriate controls in application systems and communication facilities. 7

Ordering information The Product Identification (PID) number for the new initial base license of TCxGravity is 5639-P86. The following is a description of each of the new feature codes: 5639-P86 Toshiba TCxGravity V2 Basic license one-time charge Feature description In-Store Offline Server Per Install w/ 1 Yr support Upgrade V1 to V2 In-Store Primary Server Per Install w/ 1 Yr support POS Application Per Client Device w/ 1 Yr support Upgrade V1 to V2 Order Information 5639-P86-0001 5639-P86-0004 5639-P86-0003 5639-P86-0002 5639-P86-0005 These features must be selected to order a base license for each client and/or installation that TCxGravity will be loaded into and running on in each store. The Client software application is the set of functionality that facilitates completing Point-of-Sale (POS) transactions, and placing, modifying, or fulfilling orders that are contained in a single store or cross many stores. A TCxGravity client is defined as any device which utilizes significant POS services to create or modify an order. This includes devices intended for associate use such as stationary POS, kiosks, mobile tablets, smartphones or similar devices. Select this feature to purchase a license for each client device that the Client software application will be loaded and running on. The In-Store Offline Server software is the set of functionality that enables completion of in-store transactions on a backup, emergency or pass-through basis only if network connectivity to the enterprise is disrupted. In a pass-through configuration, the in-store order capture is immediately passed through from the store server to the enterprise server and is not a substitute for processing by the enterprise server other than on an emergency basis. Select this optional orderable feature to purchase a license for each installation of this server software. The In-Store Primary Server software is the set of functionality that enables completion of in-store transactions on a primary local server. It behaves similar to the enterprise server but maximizes throughput. In the case of an emergency where network connectivity to the in-store primary server has been severed or the machine has failed, the enterprise server will behave as the backup. Select this optional orderable feature to purchase a license for each installation of this server software. A customer has the flexibility to order either in-store offline and in-store primary servers. These are optional servers but can only be ordered one per store. For example, if a retailer has five stores, they can order three in-store primary servers and one in-store offline server (leaving one store without a server) as long as they are not installed in the same store. This means that only one server can be installed per store. Thus in a typical order of TCxGravity, they may purchase a combination of licenses for either or both. When selecting media for the Client Device, Offline Server, or Primary Server the following item should be ordered. 8
