In the Projects division, we concentrate on large plant construction projects, and, in the Services division, we supply manufacturing companies with components and complete assembly lines as well as value-added services. 3

Working in an international environment and having the opportunity for comprehensive training for me it's ideal, and offers marvellous prospects. Adalbert Graff, Manager of the Petrochemical/Downstream business unit: The excellent training at Ferrostaal plus my university degree are the background to my current occupation as Head of the Petrochemical/Downstream business unit. Within a dynamic environment, my team realises petrochemical projects with an investment volume of up to USD 1.5 billion. As a partner our customers can rely on, we deliver projects that are successful over the long term. 5

In doing so, you will gain diverse insight into the world of a global industrial service provider and undertake challenging project tasks as part of our day-to-day business. Furthermore, we offer you the opportunity to write your thesis during your time with us. During our 18-month Trainee Program, you will work in different segments of the company depending on your special focus. A posting abroad for several months is a central element of the Trainee Program.
