Electronic Medical Record Time to Jump In!

Chris Tonozzi, MD Chris Tonozzi, MD has been a practicing physician at Mountain Family Health Center in Glenwood Springs, CO since 1999 and is the physician lead of the Electronic Health Record Task Force at Mountain Family. He has been involved in a number of community activities and is currently a member of the Electronic Health Record Committee at Valley View Hospital. Dr. Tonozzi is also a clinical instructor for the University of Colorado Department of Family Medicine. He received his M.D. from the University of Colorado School of Medicine in 1991.
