How to use the Provider Directory for Members Mental Health and substance abuse (or chemical dependency) services are called behavioral health services. This directory lists the services, organizations and individuals that provide behavioral health care for people who are enrolled in Medical Assistance and who live in Chester County. Please be aware that the provider network can change at any time. In order to get the most up-to-date information, you should contact Member Services at the number(s) listed below. These services are provided through Community Care Behavioral Health, a non-profit recoveryfocused managed care organization that promotes quality, effective, and accessible behavioral health care. If you need Behavioral Health Care Services You can get Behavioral Health Care Services several different ways. For Emergency Services and Outpatient Services, you may directly contact any organization or individual listed in this directory. You will find a listing of organizations and individuals that offer emergency and outpatient services. The provider will arrange for any care you need. You may contact Member Services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at the toll-free number, 1-866-622-4228, 1-877-877-3580 (TTY) or 1-866-229-3187 (En Espanol) to discuss your behavioral health services. If you are currently receiving behavioral health services, you may request assistance from your current mental health worker by calling Member Services at the toll-free number 1-866-622-4228, 1-877-877-3580 (TTY) or 1-866-229-3187 (En Espanol). When you call, a Member Services Representative will help you get needed services. Community Care Behavioral Health offers coverage for a wide range of behavioral health services. For services other than emergency and outpatient, you may call Member Services tollfree number yourself or you may have someone assist you. If you need more information about a practitioner, such as educational background, license information, hospital affiliations or board certification status, please call 1-800-553-7499. You may also call this line if you need more information on specialty providers.
